J. and E. Baker Cobblestone Farmstead is a historic home located at Macedon in Wayne County, New York. The Gothic Revival style, cobblestone farmhouse consists of a 1+1⁄2-story, five-by-three-bay, rectangular main block with a 1-story side ell. It was built about 1850 and is constructed of nearly perfectly round, medium-sized, lake-washed cobbles. The house is among the approximately 170 surviving cobblestone buildings in Wayne County.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1995.

Macedon Center is a hamlet located within the Town of Macedon, Wayne County, New York, United States. It is located three miles (5 km) northwest of the hamlet of Macedon, at an elevation of 554 feet (169 m). The primary intersection in the hamlet is at N.Y. Route 31F, also known as Macedon Center Road, and Canandaigua Road. Macedon Center Volunteer Fire Department hosts the annual Lumberjack Festival each September on their firemen's field.

The Sacred Grove is a forested area of western New York near the home of Joseph Smith where the foundational event of the Latter Day Saint movement took place. It is the location where Smith said he had his First Vision, a theophany, occurring in the spring of 1820. The exact location of the Sacred Grove is not known, but it would likely have been west of Smith's adolescent home on the border of the towns of Palmyra and Manchester. This area was being cleared at the time for farming by the Smith family, who were also using the trees to harvest maple syrup. The area has been purchased by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church), which cares for the area and allows tourists to visit. Latter Day Saints view the place as a sacred site. The Sacred Grove was ranked the No. 74 Most Holy Place on Earth by religious leaders, writers and scholars in the Patheos multi-faith religion project Sacred Spaces: The 100 Most Holy Places on Earth.

It is part of the Palmyra-Macedon Central School District which serves the towns of Palmyra and Macedon. The principal is Andrew Wahl. The school colors are red and white.

The Smith Family Farm was the boyhood home of Joseph Smith, the founder of the Latter Day Saint movement.The farm—located in the townships of Palmyra, Wayne County and Manchester, Ontario County, New York—includes the Sacred Grove, the Smiths' restored frame home, and a reconstructed log home. The farm site passed into ownership of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) in 1915, and in the 1990s, the church restored the frame home, reconstructed the log home, and built a welcome center. Church missionaries provide free tours.

Felt Cobblestone General Store is a historic general store located at the hamlet of East Victor in Victor in Ontario County, New York. It was constructed about 1835 and is a two-story, three bay cobblestone structure in the late Federal / early Greek Revival style. It is built of irregularly shaped, multi-colored field cobbles. It is one of approximately 101 cobblestone buildings in Ontario County and one of approximately 20 commercial cobblestone structures in New York State. The store was known to be one of only 5 stores in New York State licensed to sell coca wine. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.

Ambrose S. Lapham House is a historic home located at Palmyra, Wayne County, New York. It was built about 1869, and is a large 2+1⁄2-story, Italianate style brick dwelling. It has a low hipped roof with overhanging eaves and decorative brackets topped by a cupola. Also on the property are the contributing late-19th century wood-framed barn with its historic cupola, doors and horse stalls; a rustic late-19th century gazebo; and four extant historic brick piers along the property line.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2014.
