Jamali Kamali Mosque and Tomb

Moth ki Mosque (moʈʰ kiː masdʒɪd) is a heritage building located in Delhi, and was built in 1505 by Wazir Miya Bhoiya, Prime Minister during the reign of Sikander Lodi (1489–1517) of the Lodi dynasty. It was a new type of mosque developed by the Lodis in the fourth city of the medieval Delhi of the Delhi Sultanate. The name of the mosque literally translated into English language means ‘Lentil Mosque’ and this name tag ‘Lentil’ has an interesting legend. This mosque was considered a beautiful Dome (Gumbad) structure of the period. The mosque is now completely enclosed within the modern locality of South Extension Part II, Uday Park and Masjid Moth comprising residential and commercial establishments in the urban setting of South Delhi. It is surrounded by various other smaller dargahs and monuments that may be found peppered within the nooks of this urban village. The local representative in collaboration with residents is now trying to revive the monument.

National Medical Library is a medical library established on 1 April 1966 by the Government of India. It is located in Ansari Nagar, New Delhi. It aims to provide library and information services to the health science professionals in India. It functions under the administrative control of the Directorate General of Health Services. It has 3.6 lakh volumes of books, reports, bound volume of journals and other literature. It subscribes around 2000 periodicals annually. The library has good collection of 19th century literature. Books are classified according to the Dewey Decimal Classification. It became the Indian focal point of HELLIS Network under World Health Organization in 1982. It has been organizing training programmes for medical/health science librarians since 1980. It has organized 17 Orientation Courses in Health Science Librarianship and trained over 150 librarians in India. It has also conducted training courses on specific topics like MEDLARS Searching, Computer Applications, Library management Software, Indexing and Abstracting etc. in different regions. National Workshop was held in 1997 to evaluate these courses. Any qualified medical person, student or faculty can take membership of the library and utilize the services of this vast amount of information in the library. One can also obtain a photocopy of any articles by post by paying nominal fee.

The South Extension metro station is a station located on the Pink Line of the Delhi Metro. The station was opened on 6 August 2018. South Extension metro is situated on the Ring Road and metro station will serve both part I and II of South Extension. It also connects the two neighbouring shopping districts of South Extension through a pedestrian overbridge on the inner ring road.

Gulmohar Park is a neighbourhood in South Delhi. This park lies between Hauz Khas and Gautam Nagar and is named after the red-flowered Gulmohar trees (Delonix regia) growing inside. The nearby residential colony is known as Gulmohar Park Journalists' Colony or simply Gulmohar Park for short, and was established by a group of journalists in the 1970s and is today home to business people, senior lawyers and cine star Amitabh Bachchan's Delhi residence.Gulmohar Park is surrounded by Balbir Saxena Marg and Hauz Khas to the south, Yusuf Sarai, Gulmohar enclave and Gautam Nagar to the west, Neeti Bagh to the north and August Kranti Marg and Siri Fort to the east. The colony covers 43 acres (170,000 m2) and has 13 parks inside. It is divided into four blocks (A, B, C and D) and also contains a DDA market and a residents' club (Gulmohar Club). Inside the colony is a police post, part of the Defence Colony Police Station.

Situated on the Ring Road, Delhi, just east of All India Institute of Medical Sciences.[1] The colony is divided into two parts - South Extension I and South Extension II. It has a population of about 50,000 people in South Extension Part 1 and 27,000 in South Extension Part 2.A Delhi Metro station as part of Metro's Phase III extension has started commercial operations from 6 August 2018.

Maidens Hotel, Delhi, an Oberoi Group hotel, originally known as Maiden's Metropolitan Hotel, is a heritage hotel in the Civil Lines area of Delhi, India. It was opened in 1903 in its present location.

Sri Aurobindo Marg or Aurobindo Marg, is an important South Delhi north-south arterial road connecting historic Safdarjung's Tomb to Qutab Minar. The road is named for Sri Aurobindo Ghosh; the Delhi campus of Sri Aurobindo Ashram is located on the road. The road was originally known as Mehrauli Road. The road is a primary conduit for traffic from North Delhi and Central Delhi, including the commercial hub of Connaught Place, to points south and southwest of Delhi, including Gurgaon. The stations of Delhi Metro, Jor Bagh, INA, AIIMS and Green Park (Yellow Line) lie on this road.
