Cold Springs Cemetery (also known as Cold Spring Cemetery) is a historic cemetery located at Lockport in Niagara County, New York. Among the prominent burials are Erie Canal proponent Jesse Hawley, Cuthbert W. Pound, Chief Judge of the New York Court of Appeals from 1932 to 1934, and World War II Medal of Honor recipient William F. Leonard. Incorporated in 1841, the cemetery was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.

First Baptist Church is a historic Baptist church located at Newfane in Niagara County, New York. It is a Greek Revival style cobblestone church constructed in 1843. It is one of approximately 47 cobblestone buildings in Niagara County. First Baptist Church was formed in 1829, when Andrew Jackson took office as the seventh president of the United States, four years after the opening of the Erie Canal. In 1845 the church took a courageous moral position against slavery. At that time the Fugitive Slave Act prohibited speaking against slavery or helping slaves escape. The church did both. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.The church is part of the American Baptist Churches in the U.S.A.

Eastern Niagara Hospital was the name created to cover a pair of hospitals founded in the early 1900s in Lockport and Newfane, New York that each operated independently. Under cost pressures they were both operated under the Eastern Niagara Health System (ENHS) umbrella. ENHS also operates a nursing home. In 2019 The New York Times portrayed Eastern as among the least likely to overcharge, yet they were facing cost pressures.

Lowertown Historic District is a national historic district located at Lockport in Niagara County, New York. The district is predominantly residential in nature, with some commercial structures and warehouses. The mose elegant homes are along Market Street, east of Chapel Street, facing the Erie Canal. Notable structures in this district include the Western Block Company Warehouse, a 2+1⁄2-story stone structure built before 1855; Lockport Bank Building built in 1829, and located at 315-319 Market Street; Washington Hunt House, built in 1831 and home to New York Governor Washington Hunt, and located at 363 Market Street; the former Christ Episcopal Church at 425 Market Street; and the Vine Street School, an Italianate style one-room school built in 1864.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.

Union Station is a historic train station located at Lockport in Niagara County, New York. It was constructed in 1889, for the New York Central Railroad in the Romanesque style. It was deactivated as a station in the 1940s and lay unused until 1967. It was renovated and reopened as a restaurant in 1971. The restaurant was gutted by fire in December 1974, rebuilt and again destroyed by fire in 1978.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1977.The current owner of the building and property is Mark Davidson. He has plans for a full restoration pending state grants.

Hopkins House is a historic home located at Lockport in Niagara County, New York. It is a two-story stone structure built in 1833 by John Hopkins, an Erie Canal engineer and early settler of Lockport, in the Greek Revival style. It was remodeled in about 1865 adding Italianate details. It is one of approximately 75 stone residences remaining in the city of Lockport.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.
