The Sales Interchange (, [ˈsalɛs]), also known as the Nichols Interchange, is a hybrid interchange at the boundary of Pasay and Taguig in Metro Manila, the Philippines. It is composed of a lower partial cloverleaf interchange serving as the junction between the South Luzon Expressway, Sales Road, Lawton Avenue, West Service Road and East Service Road and an upper Directional T serving as the junction between the Skyway and the NAIA Expressway.The interchange was opened in two segments, with the lower interchange being built in the early 1970s. Rehabilitation work on the lower interchange was last undertaken in 2012 with the reconfiguration of an off-ramp to improve access to Ninoy Aquino International Airport and the strengthening of the Sales Bridge, brought about by the number of vehicles using the interchange. Although the rehabilitation was scheduled to be completed by August 13, 2012, it was ultimately finished in February 2013.Construction of the upper interchange was recommended in the Metro Manila Urban Transportation Integration Study (MMUTIS), commissioned by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in 1999, as a solution to worsening traffic congestion into and out of the airport, although no provisions for its construction were made when the Metro Manila Skyway was being built. On July 17, 2001, President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo and her Cabinet approved the construction of the NAIA Expressway, which would be funded through a Japanese loan package, and construction of the upper interchange began on March 17, 2004. The ₱1 billion interchange, which was built in four parts, was inaugurated by President Arroyo and other officials on May 30, 2009.The Sales Interchange is the last exit in the toll-free section of the South Luzon Expressway, although this is true only for the lower interchange. The upper interchange was free of charge until November 16, 2011, when tolls began to be collected by Citra Metro Manila Tollways Corporation (CMMTC), the concessionaire of the Skyway system.

The Ninoy Aquino International Airport Expressway (NAIAX), signed as E6 of the Philippine expressway network, is an 11.6-kilometer (7.2 mi) elevated expressway in Metro Manila, Philippines, which links the Skyway to Ninoy Aquino International Airport and Entertainment City. Traversing the cities of Pasay and Parañaque, the NAIAX runs along Andrews Avenue, Electrical Road, and NAIA Road connecting the Skyway to Ninoy Aquino Avenue, Macapagal Boulevard, New Seaside Drive and the Manila–Cavite Expressway.The expressway is the first airport expressway in the Philippines. It opened in September 2016. It traverses the cities of Pasay and Parañaque.

The Resorts World Manila attack was an attack that took place at the Resorts World Manila (now Newport World Resorts) entertainment complex in Newport City, Pasay, Philippines. 38 were killed and 70 were injured when a gunman caused a stampede after he set fire to casino tables and slot machine chairs around midnight on June 2, 2017. The gunman moved to a storage area to steal casino chips from the venue but later committed suicide following a confrontation with the responding police. Nearly all of the attack's deaths and injuries resulted from the initial stampede and smoke inhalation from the fire. While initial suspicions strongly pointed towards a terrorist attack, with affiliates of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claiming responsibility, representatives of the Philippine National Police consistently maintained that the motive was robbery. Evidence eventually confirmed that the attack was financially motivated, and was committed by Jessie Javier Carlos, a debt-ridden former civil servant.

Newport World Resorts (formerly Resorts World Manila) is an integrated resort, located in Newport City, opposite Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3, in Pasay, Metro Manila, Philippines. The resort is owned and operated by Travellers International Hotel Group, Inc. (TIHGI), a joint venture between Alliance Global Group and Genting Hong Kong. The project, occupying part of a former military camp, has four hotels, casino gambling areas, a shopping mall, cinemas, restaurants, clubs and a theater. A soft launch of the resort took place on August 28, 2009. Resorts World Manila is the sister resort to Resorts World Genting in Malaysia and Resorts World Sentosa in Singapore. It was the first integrated resort in Metro Manila, and from 2009 to 2013 it was the only one in operation until the opening of Solaire Resort & Casino in Entertainment City, Parañaque on March 16, 2013. On June 2, 2017, dozens of people died after a robbery caused a stampede and the perpetrator set a fire, leaving 38 people dead and 54 wounded. The casino temporarily suspended its operation and had its license suspended by PAGCOR on June 9, 2017. The license suspension was lifted on June 29, 2017, and on the same day Resorts World Manila resumed its gambling operations in gaming areas not affected by the attack.On July 20, 2022, Alliance Global rebranded Resorts World Manila into "Newport World Resorts".

The Newport Performing Arts Theater (NPAT), also known as simply Newport Theater, is a performing arts center on the grounds of Newport World Resorts in Pasay, Metro Manila, the Philippines. It is a modern multi-purpose theater named after its location in the Newport Mall and entertainment complex connected to the integrated resort in the 25-hectare (62-acre) Newport City township. The 1,500-seat facility opened in 2010 and holds the widest stage in the Philippines. It is one of the three major performing arts venues in Metro Manila that plays host to both touring and locally-produced musicals, live stage shows, concerts, and regular televised events such as awards ceremonies and pageants.

Lawton Avenue, also known as the Fort Bonifacio–Nichols Field Road, is the main road in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines. It follows a part of the alignment of the old Nichols route running roughly southwest to northeast from Sales Interchange to 5th Avenue and the Manila American Cemetery and Memorial. It was named after Henry Ware Lawton, a US Army general killed during the Philippine–American War.

Andrews Avenue (formerly and still commonly known as Nichols Road) is a major east-west thoroughfare in Metro Manila, Philippines that functions as a metropolitan linkage between Pasay and Taguig. It runs underneath the NAIA Expressway almost parallel to Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA) to the north connecting Roxas Boulevard and Domestic Road near Bay City with South Luzon Expressway near Newport City. It has an arterial extension continuing 3.4 kilometers (2.1 mi) northeast to 5th Avenue and McKinley Road in Bonifacio Global City known as Lawton Avenue. Andrews Avenue also serves as the main feeder to Ninoy Aquino International Airport from the east and west and is the main access road to Newport World Resorts (formerly Resorts World Manila).
