Harlow C. Curtiss Building

C. W. Miller Livery Stable is a historic multi-story livery stable located at Buffalo in Erie County, New York. It is a six-story, rectangular masonry building 65 feet wide and 236 feet deep, built between 1892 and 1894. As horses were phased out and automobiles became more common, it was converted for use as a parking garage. Designed by Lansing and Beierl, it was nationally known because of its engineering and other innovations to handle the requirements of horses and wagons, coaches, etc. in a vertical environment. Originally built with long ramps, in the 1920s it was modified with steeper ramps so that motor vehicles could move more efficiently between floors. When opened, it was proclaimed a "palace for horses."It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2007.The site was purchased in 2017 by Buffalo Public Schools for its Emerson School of Hospitality. It plans to work with real estate developer Mark Croce in converting the facility to a culinary school, in partnership with the Curtiss Hotel next door.

The Calumet is a historic commercial building located at Buffalo in Erie County, New York. It was designed in 1906, and is a three-story steel frame building covered in decorative architectural terra cotta. The distinctive glazed white and burnt sienna terra cotta is detailed with a centrally located reed or running stem and four leaves depicting the Calamus palm.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2010.

The YMCA Central Building or Olympic Towers as the building is now known, is a historic YMCA building located at Buffalo in Erie County, New York. The tan-colored brick building with sandstone accents was designed by noted local architects Green & Wicks and constructed in 1901–1902. The building was home to the third oldest YMCA chapter in North America until converted to office use in the early 1980s.

Shea's Hippodrome Theatre was a movie house that opened in 1914 in Buffalo, New York. It was renamed the Center Theater, following a renovation in 1951. In 1983, the theater closed and the building was demolished.

40 Fountain Plaza, formerly Key Center South Tower, is a high-rise located in Buffalo, NY. It stands 225 feet (69 m) and 13 stories tall. The building has a twin tower next door, 50 Fountain Plaza (formerly Key Center North Tower), which is four stories taller, and connected by a two-story glass atrium encompassing 18,800 square feet of retail space. The complex was formally known as the Key Center at Fountain Plaza. Both buildings have distinctive pyramid tops that are trimmed with bright green neon lighting which is illumined at night. In the front of the two towers is a large fountain and reflecting pool in the summer. In the winter, it serves as an outdoor ice rink that is free to the public.

The Delaware North Building is a mixed-use development in Buffalo, New York. The 12-story, 330,000-square-foot mixed-use building features Class A office space, a 120-room Westin hotel, ground level retail, a 7,000-square-foot outdoor courtyard, and an adjacent structured parking ramp. Delaware North's World Headquarters anchors the building.

The Avant is a mixed use tower located in Buffalo, New York. The building spans an entire city block between Elmwood Ave and Delaware Ave at West Huron, and features class A office space, an Embassy Suites hotel, and the top three floors feature luxury residential condominiums. Upon its completion in 2009, the building set a record for housing the most expensive group of condominiums ever built in the Buffalo metropolitan area. Furthermore, as a result of the eco-conscious trend in national development companies, the building's remodeling is recognized as the largest recycling project in Western New York history. The Federal Reserve Bank of New York Buffalo Branch was a branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York but was closed on October 31, 2008. It was located in the Federal Reserve Building at 160 Delaware Avenue, which has now been inhabited by the New Era Cap Company since November 21, 2006.

The building has a twin tower next door, 40 Fountain Plaza (formerly Key Center South Tower) which is four stories shorter and connected by a two-story glass atrium encompassing 18,800 square feet of retail space. Once known as the Key Center, the complex is now simply known as Fountain Plaza after KeyBank moved out. Both buildings have distinctive pyramid tops that are trimmed with bright green neon lighting which is illuminated at night. In the front of the two towers is a large fountain in the summer. In the winter, it serves as an outdoor ice rink that is free to the public.

Berkeley Apartments, also known as the Graystone Hotel (after 1912), is a historic apartment hotel building located at Buffalo in Erie County, New York.

Fountain Plaza (formerly Huron) is a Buffalo Metro Rail station located in the 500 block of Main Street between Huron and Chippewa Streets. Fountain Plaza serves the northern section of the Buffalo Downtown Central Business District and the Buffalo Theater District since the permanent closing of Theater station on February 18, 2013. Fountain Plaza is at the north end of the Free Fare Zone, where customers traveling north are required to have proof-of-payment.
