Metro City (Hong Kong)

Po Lam (Chinese: 寶琳) is the northern terminus MTR station of the Tseung Kwan O line. It is located on Mau Yip Road, Po Lam, in the New Territories of Hong Kong, sandwiched by Phases 1 to 3 of Metro City. Built by Maeda Corporation, it opened on 18 August 2002. The name of the station is taken from the nearby Po Lam Road North.

Verbena Heights (Chinese: 茵怡花園) is a Flat-for-Sale Scheme public housing estate in Po Lam, Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong located on reclaimed land near MTR Po Lam station. It now consists of seven residential buildings with a total of 1894 saleable units and 971 rental units, built between 1996 and 1997 by Hong Kong Housing Society. It is an attempt to design environmentally-responsible housing. It received a Silver Medal at the 1998 Hong Kong Institute of Architects Annual Awards.

Radiant Towers (Chinese: 旭輝臺) is a private housing estate in Po Lam, Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong, developed by Hong Kong Housing Society. The estate is one of the Society's Sandwich Class Housing Scheme projects converted to private developments. It was sold to the public in early 1997 at a discounted price of HK$2,700 per square foot, compared to the HK$4,000 market value at that time. In 1996, the Hong Kong Housing Society had received 6,520 applications for the purchase of a batch of 1,696 units in Radiant Towers and Marina Habitat.Radiant Towers was completed in 1999, after the project was delayed because of the bankruptcy of one of the contractors. It comprises two 47-floor residential towers, offering a total of 704 units.

MKMCF Ma Chan Duen Hey Memorial College (MCDH), founded in 1998, a co-ed secondary school in Sai Kung District. MCDH is located at 2 Wan Lung Road in Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong. It is using Chinese as the medium of instruction in junior classes and some senior classes.

Po Lam Estate (Chinese: 寶林邨) is a mixed TPS and public housing estate in Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong, near Metro City and MTR Po Lam station. It is the first public housing estate in Tseung Kwan O and has a total of seven residential blocks with 5,272 units. Some of the flats were sold to tenants through Tenants Purchase Scheme Phase 6A in 2004.Ying Ming Court (英明苑) and Yan Ming Court (欣明苑) are Home Ownership Scheme housing courts in Tseung Kwan O near Po Lam Estate, built in 1989 and 1990 respectively.

King Lam Estate (Chinese: 景林邨) is a mixed TPS and public housing estate in Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong near MTR Po Lam station. It is the third public housing estate in Tseung Kwan O and has a total of seven residential blocks built in 1990. Some of the flats were sold to tenants through Tenants Purchase Scheme Phase 4 in 2001.Ho Ming Court (浩明苑) is a Home Ownership Scheme housing court in Tseung Kwan O near King Lam Estate. It has only one residential block built in 1990.

Serenity Place (Chinese: 怡心園) is a private housing estate in 88 Po Hong Road, Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong, developed by Hong Kong Housing Society. It is the Society's last Sandwich Class Housing Scheme project that was converted to private development. It was developed in 2000 and was opened to the public in 2003. The estate comprises five residential towers, offering a total of 1,526 units. Other facilities include a clubhouse, podium garden, jogging track and playground.

Carmel Divine Grace Foundation Secondary School is located in Po Lam, Tseung Kwan O, Sai Kung District, New Territories, Hong Kong, China. It is the first secondary school in the new town of Tseung Kwan O, and the oldest school teaching in English in Sai Kung District.

Yau Yue Wan Village (Chinese: 魷魚灣村) is a village in the Po Lam area of Tseung Kwan O, in the Sai Kung District of Hong Kong.

Po Tsui Park (Chinese: 寶翠公園) is a public park between the communities of Po Lam and Tseung Kwan O Village in New Territories, Hong Kong.

Duckling Hill, also known as Ap Tsai Shan (Chinese: 鴨仔山) indigenously, is a hill in the area of Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong. It is 153 metres (502 ft) metres tall. The neighbourhoods of Hang Hau and Po Lam are adjacent to this hill. There is an outlook area not far from the summit.

King Ling College (Chinese: 景嶺書院) is an aided secondary school founded by the King Ling Foundation for Education and Culture in September 1994 in Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong.
