King Lam Estate

Po Lam (Chinese: 寶琳) is the northern terminus MTR station of the Tseung Kwan O line. It is located on Mau Yip Road, Po Lam, in the New Territories of Hong Kong, sandwiched by Phases 1 to 3 of Metro City. Built by Maeda Corporation, it opened on 18 August 2002. The name of the station is taken from the nearby Po Lam Road North.

MKMCF Ma Chan Duen Hey Memorial College (MCDH), founded in 1998, a co-ed secondary school in Sai Kung District. MCDH is located at 2 Wan Lung Road in Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong. It is using Chinese as the medium of instruction in junior classes and some senior classes.

Duckling Hill, also known as Ap Tsai Shan (Chinese: 鴨仔山) indigenously, is a hill in the area of Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong. It is 153 metres (502 ft) metres tall. The neighbourhoods of Hang Hau and Po Lam are adjacent to this hill. There is an outlook area not far from the summit.

Metro City (Chinese: 新都城) is the largest private housing estate and shopping centre in Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong, developed by Henderson Land Development. Built on the reclaimed land in Po Lam, the estate was developed in three phases. The MTR Po Lam station, terminus of Tseung Kwan O line, is located next to Metro City Phase II. Metro City Phase II also serves as the Po Lam public transit terminal.

Hau Tak Estate (Chinese: 厚德邨) is a public housing estate in Hang Hau, Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong, near East Point City. It is the fourth public housing estate in Tseung Kwan O and consists of six blocks of Harmony I style, providing more than 4,000 rental flats built between 1993 and 1994.Chung Ming Court (頌明苑) and Yu Ming Court (裕明苑) are Home Ownership Scheme housing courts in Tseung Kwan O near Hau Tak Estate, built in 1993 and 1994 respectively.

On Ning Garden (Chinese: 安寧花園) is a Home Ownership Scheme and Private Sector Participation Scheme court in Hang Hau, Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong near MTR Hang Hau station. It was jointly developed by the Hong Kong Housing Authority and Hening Investment, and has a total of six blocks built on reclaimed land and was completed in 1991.

Verbena Heights (Chinese: 茵怡花園) is a Flat-for-Sale Scheme public housing estate in Po Lam, Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong located on reclaimed land near MTR Po Lam station. It now consists of seven residential buildings with a total of 1894 saleable units and 971 rental units, built between 1996 and 1997 by Hong Kong Housing Society. It is an attempt to design environmentally-responsible housing. It received a Silver Medal at the 1998 Hong Kong Institute of Architects Annual Awards.

Hang Hau Village (Chinese: 坑口村) is a village in Sai Kung District, New Territories, Hong Kong.

Residence Oasis (Chinese: 蔚藍灣畔) is a private housing estate on the reclaimed land of Hang Hau, Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong, located near MTR Hang Hau station. It was jointly developed by MTR Corporation, Sino Land and Kerry Properties in 2005. It consists of six high-rise buildings (Tower 1-3, 5-7) and a shopping arcade, The Lane (Chinese: 連理街).

East Point City (Chinese: 東港城) is a private housing estate and shopping centre in Hang Hau, Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong, near the Hang Hau MTR station. Built on reclaimed land and developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties, the estate consists of seven high-rise buildings and a two-storey shopping centre. A large-scale renovation of the shopping centre was completed in 2008.

Hang Hau (Chinese: 坑口) is an MTR station of Tseung Kwan O line, located at Pui Shing Road, Hang Hau, Tseung Kwan O, in the New Territories of Hong Kong. It was the easternmost station in the MTR railway system, until LOHAS Park station opened on 26 July 2009. It was named after Hang Hau Village, which is about a 10-minute walk from the station. Residence Oasis, a private residential estate, and its accompanied shopping centre, the Lane, are situated above the station.

Fu Ning Garden (Chinese: 富寧花園) is a Home Ownership Scheme and Private Sector Participation Scheme court in Hang Hau, Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong near Hang Hau Village and Tseung Kwan O Hospital. It was jointly developed by the Hong Kong Housing Authority and Tak Wing Investment (Holdings) Limited (Renamed as New Smart Energy Group Limited), and has a total of six blocks built on reclaimed land and was completed in 1990.
