Grand Prince Hotel Akasaka

Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho (東京ガーデンテラス紀尾井町, Tōkyō Gaaden Terasu Kioichou) is a 227,200-square-meter mixed-use development in Chiyoda, Tokyo, Japan. Completed in 2016, it includes office, residential, commercial, hotel, and leisure space.Tokyo Garden Terrace takes up 30,400 square meters previously occupied by the Grand Prince Hotel Akasaka, across the moat from Akasaka-mitsuke Station, and adjacent to the Hotel New Otani. The primary developer is Seibu Properties working in concert with several partners. The project master design was created by architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox; Nikken Sekkei is the local architect of record.

The New Otani Art Museum (ニューオータニ美術館, Nyū Ōtani Bijutsukan) was an art museum founded in 1991 and housed on the sixth floor of the Hotel New Otani Tokyo's Garden Court office building. The Hotel, located in Tokyo's Chiyoda Ward, opened in 1964 to coincide with the Tokyo Olympic Games. The museum's collections consisted primarily of unique modern art from France and Japan, along with a considerable number of pieces of Japanese ukiyo-e art. Yoneichi Otani, son of Hotel founder Yonetaro Otani, was the first director of the museum. The museum was closed in March 2014.

Kioichō (紀尾井町) is a district located in Chiyoda, Tokyo. Once a samurai town, the name of the district is a portmandeau derived from the names of the Kii clan, the Owari clan, and the Ii clan, all of whom had residences there during the Edo era. The Hotel New Otani Tokyo, Sophia University, Yahoo! Corporation, and Shimizudani Park are located within the district.

The Prudential Tower (プルデンシャルタワー) is a skyscraper located in Nagatachō, Tokyo, Japan. It contains offices, residences, and shops, with 38 floors above ground and a total floor area of 76,634 square meters. It is situated on the Sotobori-dōri trunk road, near the National Diet Building and other central government institutions, including the Prime Minister's Official Residence.Floors 26–38 of this mixed-use building are residential, floors 3–24 offices, and the bottom floors retail space. The building can be accessed from five subway lines through the Tokyo Metro stations Akasaka-mitsuke and Nagatachō.

Hirakawachō (平河町, Hirakawa-chō) is a district of Chiyoda, Tokyo, Japan, consisting of 1-chōme and 2-chōme. As of April 1, 2007, its population is 1,104. Note that Kanda-Hirakawachō, also located in the Chiyoda ward, is a completely different district. Hirakawachō's postal code is 102-0093. Hirakawachō is located in the western part of the Chiyoda ward. It borders Kōjimachi to the north, Hayabusachō to the east, Nagatachō to the south, and Kioichō to the west. The Tokyo FM-Dōri Ave forms its northern boundary, the Aoyama-Dōri Ave forms its southern boundary, and the Prince-Dōri Ave forms its western boundary.
