The Chinese Pavilion (Swedish: Kina slott), located in the grounds of the Drottningholm Palace park, is a Chinese-inspired royal pavilion originally built between 1753 and 1769. The pavilion is currently one of Sweden's Royal Palaces and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Sätraån (Swedish: "Stream of Sätra") is a stream in southern Stockholm, Sweden. Previously stretching 6 km from Västertorp and Segeltorp, Sätraån is today confined to the Sätra Open-air Area and approximately a kilometre long. The limited current discharge causes the stream to be reduced to minor temporary pools of water except during spring. Nevertheless, the stream is considered a valuable natural environment because of the ravine it has cut through the landscape and because of its location in a forest of recreational importance to the suburb Sätra.

Drottningholm Palace (Swedish: Drottningholms slott), or Drottningholm, one of Sweden's Royal Palaces, situated near Sweden's capital Stockholm, is the private residence of the Swedish royal family. Located on Lovön island in Stockholm County's Ekerö Municipality, it was built in the late 17th century and was a regular summer residence of the Swedish royal court through most of the 18th century. Drottningholm Palace is a popular tourist attraction.

The Drottningholm Palace Theatre (Swedish: Drottningholms slottsteater) is an opera house located at Drottningholm Palace in Stockholm, Sweden. It is one of the few 18th century theatres in Europe that is still used as a theatre with its original stage machinery. Currently, the reinvigorated theatre has acquired a growing international reputation as a summer opera festival theatre by focusing on works by Haydn, Handel, Gluck and Mozart and emphasis on authentic performance. The theatre has also had guest performances by the Royal Swedish Opera.

Vårberg is a suburb in the Skärholmen borough in the Söderort region of Stockholm, Sweden.

Vårberg is a station in the Stockholm metro in the neighbourhood Vårberg in Söderort, Stockholm Municipality. The station was opened on 2 December 1967 as the south terminus of an extension from Skärholmen. On 1 October 1972, the line was extended to Fittja. Vårberg is part of Line 13 of the Red Line. The distance to Slussen is 12.6 km (7.8 mi). As part of Art in the Stockholm metro project, the station features ceramic wall works entitled In our hands, created by Maria Ängquist Klyvare in 1996.

Drottningholm, literally "Queen's Islet", is a locality situated in Ekerö Municipality, Stockholm County, Sweden, with 398 inhabitants in 2010.It is on the island Lovön in lake Mälaren on the outskirts of Stockholm. Drottningholm Palace, the residence of the Swedish royal family since 1981, is here. The village was planned and built in the mid-18th century for the people working at the palace. It is a good example of how a Swedish village would have looked like in the 18th and 19th centuries, containing many picturesque houses and villas. Drottningholm is accessible with public transport by taking the metro to Brommaplan, then an Ekerö-bound SL bus.

Skärholmen is a suburban area in the district of Söderort in south-western Stockholm, Sweden. Together with Bredäng, Sätra and Vårberg, it forms the borough of Skärholmen. The community primarily consisting of Million Programme style apartment buildings from the 1960s and early 1970s. It is one of the larger and more well known suburbs of Stockholm. Skärholmen Centrum (also known as SKHLM), one of the biggest shopping centres in Sweden is situated in Skärholmen.

Skärholmen metro station is a station on the red line of the Stockholm metro, located in the district of Skärholmen. The station was opened on 1 March 1967 as the south terminus of an extension from Sätra. The distance to Slussen is 11.7 km (7.3 mi). Skärholmen is the closest metro station to the Kungens Kurva area and its adjacent retail park. It is also expected to become an interchange station with the future Spårväg syd light rail line from 2031.

Skärholmen Centrum, also known and contracted as SKHLM, is a shopping center located in the Skärholmen borough of Stockholm in Sweden. The mall has a total gross leasable area of 98,000 m2 (1,050,000 sq ft), including of public services, and is anchored by ICA, Systembolaget, H&M and Åhléns. It was inaugurated in 1968 by Prince Bertil, Duke of Halland and has been refurbished a number of times, most notably in 2008, when it was reopened by King Carl XVI Gustav. It's one of five malls owned by the Grosvenor Group in Sweden, and attracts approximately 14 million visitors annually, with an annual turnover of SEK 2 billion.
