Beverly Cotton Manufactory

The Exercise Conant House (also the Reverend John Chipman House) is a historic First Period house in Beverly, Massachusetts, United States. Most of this 2.5-story wood-frame house was built after 1715 for the Reverend John Chipman, and contains many fine Georgian features. Attached to its north side is a two-story single-room ell that dates to c. 1695, and was probably built by Exercise Conant, son of early Cape Ann settler Roger Conant.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990. A historical marker at the site reads, "Roger Conant was a prudent and religious man who led the old planters from Gloucester to Salem in 1626, and held them together until the Bay Colony was founded. This house was built on land given by him to his son Exercise Conant in 1666. -Massachusetts Bay Colony Tercentenary Commission".

Shore Country Day School is an independent elementary and middle school, founded in 1936 following the tenets of the Country Day School movement. The private school educates students in grade levels ranging from a Pre-Kindergarten program through to Grade 9. It is accredited by the Association of Independent Schools of New England (AISNE) with the most recent accreditation review in 2008. Enrollment averages 435 to 450 students annually. The school is located on a 17 acre campus in Beverly, Massachusetts with athletic fields, two gyms, a library resource center, and five school buildings.

The Peter Woodbury House (or Woodberry) is a historic First Period house in Beverly, Massachusetts. It is a 2+1⁄2-story wood-frame structure, five bays wide, with a side-gable roof, large central chimney, and clapboard siding. Like most surviving First Period houses, this one was built in stages. The earliest part, dating to c. 1696, was the right front section and chimney. The left side was built in the 18th century, as was the rear leanto, which was later raised to a full second story.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.

The United Shoe Machinery Corporation Clubhouse is a historic clubhouse at 134 McKay Street in Beverly, Massachusetts. The building is now known as Beverly Golf and Tennis Clubhouse. The English Revival building was designed by Boston architect Henry Bailey Alden, and built in 1910 as a gift from the senior management of the United Shoe Machinery Corporation to its local employees. The club, which originally occupied 300 acres (120 ha), became a significant social center in Beverly, providing a place for all manner of social and recreational activities. The property was sold to a developer in 1971, who sold the clubhouse and 168 acres (68 ha) to the city of Beverly.The clubhouse was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

It produces ion implantation systems, including high and medium current implanters, and high energy implanters, and curing systems used in the fabrication of semiconductor chips. The company was incorporated in 1995 and is headquartered in Beverly, Massachusetts, United States. In 2000, Eaton Corporation spun off its semiconductor manufacturing equipment business as Axcelis Technologies.On December 4, 2012 Axcelis Technologies decided "...that it will exit the dry-strip business and divest its dry-strip intellectual property and technology, including the advanced non-oxidizing process technology of its Integra product line, to Lam Research,...Axcelis will continue to ship its 300 mm dry-strip products through August 2013..." In 2015, Axcelis sold its headquarters in a leaseback agreement.

The John Balch House, located at 448 Cabot Street, Beverly, Massachusetts, is one of the oldest wood-frame houses in the United States. It is now operated as one of the historic house museums of Historic Beverly, and open seasonally.

Northshore Academy Upper School is a public alternative high school in Beverly, Massachusetts, United States, serving students in grades 7–12.

Beverly High School is one of two four-year public high schools in Beverly, Massachusetts, United States, the other being the smaller Northshore Academy. It has an enrollment of approximately 1,300 students and is accredited by the Massachusetts Department of Education and by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges. The staff consists of a Principal, three assistant principals, an Athletic Director, six Guidance Counselors and about a hundred teachers including six department heads. The school mascot is the Beverly High Panthers.

North Beverly station is an MBTA Commuter Rail station in Beverly, Massachusetts. Located in North Beverly, it serves the Newburyport/Rockport Line. The station has two low side platforms serving the line's two tracks, with mini-high platforms to provide accessibility. The station originally opened by the mid-1850s. The station building was converted to a hamburger stand by 1968, but later demolished. As of May 2021, improvements to the accessible mini-high platforms are in design.

Beverly School for the Deaf (Official name: The Children's Center for Communication/Beverly School for the Deaf (CCCBSD)) is a school, established in 1876, for students from birth to age twenty-two who are Deaf, Hard-of-Hearing and/or have cochlear implants by providing language that is visually accessible via American Sign Language, written English, speech, and AAC/Assistive Technology. The school also serves students who have language issues caused by conditions such as autism spectrum disorder, pervasive developmental disorders, and cerebral palsy.

Beverly is a city in Essex County, Massachusetts, and a suburb of Boston. The population was 42,670 at the time of the 2020 United States Census. A resort, residential, and manufacturing community on the Massachusetts North Shore, Beverly includes Ryal Side, North Beverly, Montserrat, Beverly Farms and Prides Crossing. Beverly is a rival of Marblehead for the title of being the "birthplace of the U.S. Navy".

Wenham Lake is a 224-acre body of water located in Wenham and Beverly towns, Essex County, Massachusetts.The lake receives water from the water table and also from a system of streams. In the 19th century, the lake was an important source of ice for export, especially to Britain. Wenham Lake is now a reservoir for the Salem and the Beverly Water Supply Board.
