Red Stitch Actors Theatre is an ensemble theatre company based in Melbourne, Australia. Established in 2001 and with its first season in 2002, Red Stitch has presented over 100 contemporary plays. These include works from international playwrights such as Edward Albee, Annie Baker, Jez Butterworth, Martin Crimp, Amy Herzog, Sarah Kane, Neil LaBute and Simon Stephens, and more recently Australian playwrights such as Melissa Bubnic, Tom Holloway and Joanna Murray-Smith. Red Stitch's 80-seat theatre is a converted church hall on Chapel Street, St Kilda East opposite the Astor Theatre. The company was based in an industrial building on Inkerman Street, St Kilda, until 2003. Red Stitch occasionally plays seasons at Arts Centre Melbourne's Fairfax Studio and tours to other cities across Australia. Its 2023 production of Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf transferred to Melbourne's Comedy Theatre in June 2024, and to Sydney's Roslyn Packer Theatre in November 2025. In 2019, Red Stitch revamped the Cromwell Road Theatre in South Yarra as a flexible space seating up to 120, to be a second venue for the company. Red Stitch has won numerous Melbourne Green Room Awards, including Best Production - Theatre Companies for Harvest by Richard Bean in 2007 and Iphigenia in Splott by Gary Owen in 2022. Its production of Red Sky Morning by Tom Holloway was nominated for the national Helpmann Award for Best Regional Touring Production in 2011.

All Saints' Church, East St Kilda, is a historic Anglican church within the Anglo-Catholic tradition, located at 2 Chapel Street, St Kilda, Victoria, Australia. Although it advertises itself to be in St Kilda East, it is located just within the borders of the suburb of St Kilda. The church was initiated by Reverend Fr. John Herbert Gregory in 1857, who would serve as its first vicar, and its foundation stone was laid in November 1858. Designed by architect Nathaniel Billing in the Gothic style, the church was officially opened on December 8, 1861.The church is known as a fashionable venue for weddings, and the Australian Dictionary of Biography lists numerous notable marriages.

St Mary's College (formerly Christian Brothers College, St Kilda) is an independent Catholic secondary school for boys and girls, located in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. The school was founded in 1878 and is both one of the oldest private schools in Melbourne and the only co-educational Catholic school in inner Melbourne. Originally founded as Christian Brothers College, St Kilda, and run by the Christian Brothers, the school has long since had a lay teaching and administrative staff. The school is member of Edmund Rice Education Australia and is also a member of Associated Catholic Colleges. St Mary's consists of two campuses. The Edmund Rice Campus (formerly CBC St Kilda) in St Kilda East and the Presentation Campus (formerly PCW Melbourne) in Windsor. The Astor Theatre is a classic, single-screen revival movie theatre located in the inner Melbourne suburb of St Kilda, that has a long and illustrious history. The site at 1-3 Chapel Street was first used for public entertainment in 1913 when Thomas Alford established the Diamond Theatre, which shared the site with a confectioner and livery stables. Part vaudeville theatre and part cinema, in 1914 it was renamed the Rex before closing in 1917. By 1924 the site had been occupied by a motor garage.

Windsor railway station is located on the Sandringham line in Victoria, Australia. It serves the south-eastern Melbourne suburb of Windsor, and opened on 19 December 1859 as Chapel Street. It was renamed Windsor on 1 January 1867.The station is listed on the Victorian Heritage Register.

The organisation is a member of the Union for Progressive Judaism, an umbrella organisation for Progressive Judaism in Asia and the Pacific.The synagogue was founded in 1930, and was the first Progressive community in Australia.The Progressive, Zionist youth group, Netzer makes use of the grounds of TBI for their weekly activities.During the COVID-19 pandemic TBI moved their prayers online for the High Holy Days, when Melbourne was in the middle of a strict stage 4 lockdown.
