Bayard Rustin High School is a high school of the West Chester Area School District, in Westtown Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania.Communities served by West Chester Rustin include sections of Westtown Township, West Chester borough, East Bradford Township, East Goshen Township, Thornbury Township of Chester County, Thornbury Township of Delaware County, and West Goshen Township.The newest high school in the district, it is named after openly gay civil rights activist Bayard Rustin, himself a West Chester native. Construction began in 2003 and the school opened in 2006. Rustin was named one of Newsweek's top 500 high schools in America in 2011. As of 2020, Rustin was ranked number 854 in National Rankings and #24 in Pennsylvania schools according to U.S. News & World Report.

County Bridge No. 148 is a historic stone arch bridge located in Westtown Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. It spans a branch of Chester Creek. It has a single span measuring 36 feet long. The bridge was constructed in 1911, of coursed roughly square stone in a camelback shape.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

Westtown station is a railroad station in Thornbury Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. It currently serves as a stop on the West Chester Railroad heritage railway as well as an art gallery. The station was a stop on the Pennsylvania Railroad's (PRR) West Chester Line, and later became a part of SEPTA's R3 West Chester Line. SEPTA discontinued service in 1986, and the West Chester Railroad resurrected the line for recreational excursions in 1997.

The house has been renovated into apartments. It was the home of Congressman Thomas S. Butler (1855–1928), father of U.S. Marine Corps Maj. Gen. Smedley Butler (1881–1940). Maj. Gen. Butler grew up in the house.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

West Chester State College Quadrangle Historic District, also known as the Quadrangle Historic District, is a group of historic academic buildings and national historic district located on the campus of West Chester University of Pennsylvania in West Chester, Chester County, Pennsylvania. It consists of five contributing buildings built between 1891 and 1940. They are Recitation Hall (1891-1893), the former Model School (1899, Ruby Jones Hall), the Old Library (1902-1904), Philips Memorial Building (1925-1927), and Anderson Hall (1937-1940). Except for Philips and Anderson, these buildings are all constructed of native Chester County serpentine stone.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on October 8, 1981 for its significance in architecture and education.
