VIA 57 West (marketed as VIΛ 57WEST) is a residential building located at 625 West 57th Street between 11th and 12th Avenues in Hell's Kitchen, Manhattan, New York City. The pyramid shaped tower block or "tetrahedron", designed by the Danish architecture firm Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG), rises 467 ft (142 m) and is 35 stories tall.

Waterline Square is a 5-acre (2.0 ha), $2.3 billion luxury condominium and rental development located near the Hudson River on the Upper West Side of New York City. The complex will include three residential towers with 1,132 units and 3 acres (1.2 ha) of park, along with 100,000 square feet (9,300 m2) of amenity space. The residences range in size from one to five bedrooms.The project, which features designs by Rafael Viñoly, Kohn Pedersen Fox, and Richard Meier, is scheduled to be completed in 2019.

Terminal 5 is a New York City music venue in Hell's Kitchen, Manhattan, located at 610 West 56th Street west of Eleventh Avenue. It has a multi-level event site with five distinct room environments and a capacity of 3,000 people.Alcoholic beverages are served during events along with light snacks. On most nights, a smoking section and bar are open on the roof deck. The venue is operated by The Bowery Presents. The venue was formerly a nightclub called Club Exit (also known as Mirage and Carbon) until its closure by the Drug Enforcement Administration in 2003. Subsequently, Bowery Presents acquired and renovated the venue for live music shows.

The Abraham Joshua Heschel School (AJHS) is a pluralistic nursery to 12th grade Jewish day school in New York City named in memory of Abraham Joshua Heschel, a major Jewish leader, teacher, and activist of the 20th century. The school is dedicated to the values that characterized Rabbi Heschel's life: intellectual exploration, integrity, love of the Jewish people and tradition, and a commitment to social justice. The Heschel School is a pluralistic, egalitarian community that includes families from a wide range of Jewish backgrounds, practices and beliefs.The Heschel School has a more liberal ideology than many other Jewish day schools. Heschel believed in Judaism as a tradition for connection to a singular ineffable being without criticizing people who believed in other things. The school emphasizes diversity amongst its students and their differing religious traditions as well as amongst the ideas brought up by its students. The leadership values those who think differently and encourages debate. Other "Heschel Schools" are located in Los Angeles, California and Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Despite having similar names, the three schools are otherwise unrelated.

One Riverside Park is a skyscraper at 40 Riverside Boulevard in Riverside South, on the Upper West Side neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City. Its name was later changed to 50 Riverside Boulevard following media reports related to the development's "poor door". The building consists of 33 floors containing 219 residential units.The building was designed by the architectural firm Goldstein, Hill & West Architects, who also designed the Aldyn and the Ashley, also on Riverside Boulevard, plus the Silver Towers Manhattan development. The building has a tunnel linking residents to the La Palestra Athletic Club & Spa next door in the Aldyn.

The CBS Broadcast Center is a television and radio production facility located in New York City. It is CBS's main East Coast production hub, similar to CBS Studio Center in Los Angeles as the West Coast hub. The Broadcast Center is one of two production facilities in Manhattan owned by Paramount Global, the other being the studios for MTV located in the company's headquarters at One Astor Plaza.

Manhattan Neighborhood Network (MNN) is an American non-profit organization that broadcasts programming on five public-access television cable TV stations in Manhattan, New York City. The country’s largest community media center, MNN operates two community media centers – in midtown Manhattan and East Harlem – and provides education, equipment, facilities, and programs to community producers and organizations who want to create programming to air on one of MNN's five channels. In 2016, MNN will post more than 5,000 enrollments in their media classes, making one of the largest media education institutions in New York City. In 2012, MNN opened the MNN El Barrio Firehouse Community Media Center in East Harlem. The El Barrio Firehouse (the former quarters of Engine Company 53) is an intergenerational community media center offering educational programs, community activities, and television production trainings in both English and Spanish. The Firehouse is also home to MNN's Youth Media Center, founded in 2000, which offers education, internships and other opportunities to low-income youth age 15-25 and curates a five-hour block of programming each week.

The Anya and Andrew Shiva Art Gallery is the primary fine art gallery at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, a senior college of the City University of New York in Hell's Kitchen, Manhattan, New York City. The exhibitions feature a variety of media, but are heavily focused on social issues and the humanities. The exhibits in 2012 showed works on social justice, and 2013 exhibits showed works on women in social justice. Opened in 2013, the gallery is 4,050 square feet and is on the ground floor of John Jay's 620,000-square foot building that sits on 11th Avenue and 59th Street (524 West 59th Street) in New York City, a four block walk from Central Park. The building was designed by Owings and Merrill. The building and Gallery were made possible by the biggest donation the school had ever received, and the main donors, when asked why they wanted an art gallery, simply responded 'an art gallery provides our students with exposure to art, creativity, imagination, and inspiration.'

The Church of St. Ambrose is a former Roman Catholic parish church under the authority of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of New York, located at 539 West 54th Street in Manhattan, New York City. The parish was established in 1897. The church was designed by John Vredenburgh Van Pelt in the Gothic Revival style.In 1938, the congregation disbanded. The building became the Sisters of Mary Immaculate's Centro Maria, a woman's residence. Founded in 1920, Centro Maria provides care and a temporary, transitional home for women from different countries that come to work or to study in New York. It also provides information, referrals and assistance in job placement for the young women who stay there and celebrates Mass in its chapel.

The Bronx Community College Library is located on the campus of Bronx Community College and is a part of the City University of New York system. The library is at the North Hall, and this was opened on 2012. There are three floors in this building, with the ground floor having 15 classrooms. The library uses the second and third floors of the building. On the second floor, computers are available in the information common area. There are 25 group study rooms. and one classroom for library instruction. Appropriate assistance can be found facilitated by library employees within three desk areas: Reference, Circulation and New Media. On the third floor, there is the law collection classroom and the main stacks of circulation books. The North Hall has a distinction of being a green building, with LEED Silver certification.

The John Jay College of Criminal Justice (John Jay) is a public college focused on criminal justice and located in New York City. It is a senior college of the City University of New York (CUNY). John Jay was founded as the only liberal arts college with a criminal justice and forensic focus in the United States.

The Lloyd George Sealy Library is the campus library at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, City University of New York (CUNY). Located in Haaren Hall, the library specializes in criminal justice-related materials.
