TABU Ultra Lounge opened in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand in 2004 and closed in April 2013. It was a 3,300 square feet (310 m2) venue with a capacity of 350 people. It won the "Best Lounge" from Club Systems International's prestigious Club World Awards in 2004, 2005 and 2006, "Best Lounge" and "Best Bottle Service" by the 2009 Club World Awards, as well as the "Best Ultra Lounge – staff pick" by Las Vegas Weekly's "Vegas Best of 2009". Studio 54 opened in Las Vegas in December 1997 and closed in February 2012 at the MGM Grand.Designed to be a replica of the original Studio 54 nightclub, it had most of the original elements and equipment, including the "Man in the Moon" and the spoon, however the two were never displayed together.The club was visited on opening night by Elton John, one of the most frequent guests at the original location. It was one of Las Vegas' most popular dance clubs, with a reputation for a strict door policy, but not as strict as the original's. However, the newer site is cause for contention amongst fans of the original location, who have charged that the Las Vegas venue is nothing more than Studio 54 in name only.The venue is mentioned in the song Vegas Two Times by the Stereophonics.

Kà is a show by Cirque du Soleil at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada. Kà describes the story as "the coming of age of a young man and a young woman through their encounters with love, conflict and the duality of Kà, the fire that can unite or separate, destroy or illuminate." In its review, the Los Angeles Times stated it "may well be the most lavish production in the history of Western theater. It is surely the most technologically advanced." The New York Times highly praised all the technical aspects and costumes, but felt that it did not succeed in a particularly compelling story, rather it was "essentially about the kind of wild physical feats that all Cirque shows are about, their jaw-dropping effect multiplied by the huge dimensions of the theatrical space." The show has been seen by more than one million spectators since its opening in February 2005.

Showcase Mall is a shopping center on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada. It is known for its landmark facade, featuring a 100-foot (30 m) tall Coca-Cola bottle and a colossal bag of M&M's.

The New Las Vegas Stadium is a retractable roof ballpark to be built on the site of the Tropicana Las Vegas in Paradise, Nevada. It is planned as the new home stadium of the Oakland Athletics of Major League Baseball (MLB), when the team relocates from Oakland to Las Vegas. The new stadium would mark the first time that the Athletics franchise has played in a new stadium of their own without another sports team tenant since the completion of Philadelphia's Shibe Park in 1909. It is proposed to open for the 2028 MLB season. The stadium was estimated to cost $1.5 billion, of which taxpayers would pay $380 million.

The Tropicana Las Vegas is a hotel and casino on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada. It is owned by Gaming and Leisure Properties and operated by Penn National Gaming. It offers 1,467 rooms, a 50,000-square-foot (4,600 m2) gaming floor, and 72,000 sq ft (6,700 m2) of convention and exhibit space.This location, the Tropicana – Las Vegas Boulevard intersection, has the most hotel rooms of any intersection in the world. Bally's Corporation's acquisition of Tropicana is expected to close in early 2022. Gaming and leisure properties will retain ownership of the land underneath the property and has agreed to initial 50-year lease.

The Big Apple Coaster (formerly Manhattan Express and The Roller Coaster) is a steel TOGO hyper roller coaster at the New York-New York Hotel and Casino on the Las Vegas Strip. The ride's trains are themed to New York City taxicabs. It is the only roller coaster by TOGO still operating in North America.

Blvd (stylized as BLVD) is a three-story shopping center under construction on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada. It is being developed by Gindi Capital, in partnership with entrepreneurs Andrew and Peggy Cherng. The project was announced in 2019, but delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Construction began in 2023, and the project is scheduled to open in early 2025.

New York-New York Hotel and Casino is a hotel and casino on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada, United States. It is owned and operated by MGM Resorts International, and is designed to evoke New York City in its architecture and other aspects. The design features downsized replicas of numerous city landmarks such as the Statue of Liberty. The hotel tower represents various skyscrapers. Its tallest structure is a replica of the Empire State Building, standing at 47 stories and 529 feet. This made New York-New York the tallest building in Nevada until the completion of Wynn Las Vegas in 2005. The property includes the Big Apple Coaster, which travels around the hotel tower. The casino is 51,765 sq ft (4,809.1 m2), and the hotel contains 2,024 rooms. Construction began in March 1995, and the resort was built at a cost of $460 million. It opened on January 3, 1997, as a joint venture between MGM and Primadonna Resorts. MGM bought out the latter's ownership stake in 1999. After the September 11 attacks, a spontaneous memorial site emerged in front of the resort's Statue of Liberty. An official memorial was added in 2003, but was demolished 10 years later when the resort's façade was remodeled. A Hershey's Chocolate World was added in 2014, as part of the remodel. The resort has hosted various entertainers and shows, including comedian Rita Rudner, who performed there from 2001 to 2006; and the show Zumanity, which ran from 2003 to 2020.
