Wyke Regis Methodist Church is a former Methodist church in Wyke Regis, Dorset, England. Designed by Ford & Slater of Burslem, it was built in 1903 and remained in use until 2021.

Wyke Regis is a village in south Dorset, England. The village is part of the south western suburbs of Weymouth, on the northern shore of Portland Harbour and the south-eastern end of Chesil Beach. Wyke is 15 kilometres (9 mi) south of the county town, Dorchester. The village has a population of around 5,500.

Wyke Castle is a residence at the top of Pirates Lane, in Wyke Regis, near Weymouth, Dorset, England. It was built around 1855 and has been a Grade II listed building since 1974. It now forms three separate dwellings.

All Saints Church of England Academy (formerly All Saints Church of England School) is a coeducational secondary school located in Wyke Regis in the English county of Dorset.It is a Church of England school within the Diocese of Salisbury. Previously a voluntary aided school administered by Dorset Council, in June 2019 All Saints Church of England School converted to academy status and was renamed All Saints Church of England Academy. The school is now sponsored by the Ambitions Academy Trust. All Saints Church of England Academy offers GCSEs and BTECs as programmes of study for pupils. The school also offers a range of extra-curricular activities including the Duke of Edinburgh's Award.

All Saints Church is a Church of England church of 15th-century origin in Wyke Regis, Weymouth, Dorset, England. Built largely of Portland stone, the Royal Commission on the Historical Monuments of England have described the church as a "remarkably consistent and unchanged 15th-century design". It has been a Grade I listed building since 1953. Facing Wyke Road from the modern cemetery opposite the church is the Wyke Regis War Memorial, erected in 1919.

The Wyke Regis War Memorial is a World War I war memorial located in Wyke Regis, Weymouth, Dorset, England. Facing Wyke Road from the edge of Wyke Regis Cemetery, the memorial has been Grade II listed since December 2016.The memorial was unveiled on 30 November 1919 and had cost just over £200, which was raised by public subscription. Built of Portland stone, it is described as having a Neo-Baroque style by Historic England. The memorial is a stone obelisk, set on a stone base, with a large pedestal containing four brass panels, commemorating the lives of 52 local men. Above the pedestal is an inscribed stone ring. The brass panels were created by employees of the village's Whitehead Torpedo Factory.

Belfield House is an 18th-century country house, located in Wyke Regis, Weymouth, Dorset, England. Built around 1775-80 of stone and yellow brick in a late classical design, the house has four Ionic columns at its entrance. It originally had its own extensive parkland of thirteen acres, however much of it was built-over during 20th-century development. Belfield House became a Grade II* listed building in 1953. Belfield's former coach-house and stables have also been Grade II listed since 1974. They have now been converted into three residences.

Wyke Regis Halt was a small railway station on the Portland Branch Railway in the west of the English county of Dorset. Opened in July 1909, it was part of a scheme that saw several halts opened on the GWR with services provided by Railmotors to counter road competition. The station closed with the branch in 1952.

Alexander was a merchant vessel launched at Bombay in 1803. She was shipwrecked in 1815 while on passage from Bombay to London two miles (3 km) from the Isle of Portland on the Dorset coast in the English Channel. Only five of the ship's 140 (or 150) crew and passengers survived the disaster.

Ferry Bridge is at the beginning of the causeway to the Isle of Portland, Dorset, England, and is the point at which the Fleet lagoon joins Portland Harbour. It is situated several hundred metres south of Portland's boundary with the village of Wyke Regis, Weymouth. To the west of Ferry Bridge is the start of The Fleet, which is an internationally important nature reserve that extends to Abbotsbury Swannery, while to the east is Portland Harbour. Along the harbour side is Smallmouth Beach. The only road between Portland and the Mainland (the A354) passes across Ferry Bridge.

The Royal Adelaide was an iron sailing ship of 1400 tons built by William Patterson at Bristol in 1865.She was wrecked on Chesil Beach on 25 November 1872, while on a passage from London to Sydney with 32 crew members and 35 passengers. In bad weather, the ship tried to reach the shelter of Portland Harbour, but was forced into Lyme Bay from which there was no exit in a storm. The anchors were lowered to try to prevent the ship being blown onto Chesil Beach. However, the anchors dragged and the ship began to break up on the beach. All but seven on board were saved. A large crowd gathered on the shore to help with the rescue and the salvage of the cargo, part of which was gin and brandy. By the end of the night four of the wreckers had died from exposure, having spent the night on the beach after becoming drunk on the cargo. She now lies at 50°34.65′N 2°28.50′W OSGB36 and is accessible to scuba divers from the shore.
