The yield from these investments is somewhere between 8 and 10% and the payback of the investment is estimated at around 10 years.

The Alhama is a tributary of the Ebro. Its source is Suellacabras, in Soria, and it flows for 78 kilometres (48 mi) until its reaches the Ebro at Alfaro (La Rioja).
