The Latin American Art Museum of Buenos Aires (Spanish: Museo de Arte Latinoamericano de Buenos Aires, MALBA) is a museum located on Figueroa Alcorta Avenue, in the Palermo section of Buenos Aires. Created by Argentine businessman Eduardo Costantini, the museum is operated by the not-for-profit Fundación MALBA – Costantini, and was inaugurated on September 21, 2001. The institution was organized around the Costantini Collection, and has continued to expand its selection of works from modern artists across Latin America. It also maintains a cultural center, which stages art and film exhibitions and develops cultural activities. The museum receives over a million visitors annually, and is sustained by over 1,400 active patrons.The museum design was made through an open call contest.; 450 proposals from 45 countries were presented. The selection was made by an international jury of architects, and the first prize was awarded to three young Argentinian architects: Gaston Atelman, Martin Fourcade and Alfredo Tapia. The building project was executed by AFT Architects, an Argentine architectural firm. The mission of the MALBA is to collect, preserve, research and promote Latin American art from the onset of the 20th century to the present. This involves educating the public about Latin American artists, and the diversity of cultural and artistic holdings in this region.

The Buenos Aires Japanese Gardens (Spanish: Jardín Japonés de Buenos Aires; Japanese: ブエノスアイレス日本庭園) are a public space administered by the non-profit Japanese Argentine Cultural Foundation in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and are one of the largest Japanese gardens of its type in the world outside Japan.

The Fernández Hospital (Hospital General de Agudos Dr. Juan A. Fernández) is a public hospital in the Palermo section of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Founded in 1889 as the Municipal syphilis hospital, it served what at the time was one of the city's seedier neighborhoods, and was originally housed in a drab, one-story building removed from view. Operating during a socio-economic boom in Argentina, the facility was reestablished as the Hospital of the North in 1893, and began serving the general public; in 1904, it was renamed in honor of Dr. Juan Antonio Fernández (1786 – 1855), the first Dean of the University of Buenos Aires School of Medicine, as well as founder of the National Academy of Medicine.The increasing demand for the facility, which prompted numerous changes and additions to the building, prompted the demolition of the older structures in favor of an 11-story, Rationalist building. Inaugurated in 1943, the new building houses a staff of 1,600 doctors and nurses, and is operated by the Municipal Government of Buenos Aires.

Saldías is a railway station located at the boundary between the Recoleta and Palermo barrios of Buenos Aires, Argentina. The station is part of Belgrano Norte Line, between Retiro and Ciudad Universitaria stations. It is currently operated by both companies, private Ferrovías (for regular services) and state-owned Trenes Argentinos (for differential services only, served by Emepa Alerce DMUs). The station is named after Argentinian historian, lawyer, politician, soldier and diplomat Adolfo Saldías.

The building is designed in the Rationalist style by local architect Antonio U. Vilar and collaborators Alejandro Bustillo, was completed in 1942. on Buenos Aires' Avenida del Libertador. The building and its automobile museum are Palermo neighborhood landmarks.

The Buenos Aires Cricket Club Ground was a cricket field in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The ground, located in the Palermo district, gained historic relevance because the first football (in 1867) and rugby union (in 1873) matches in Argentina were played there.
