Alitagtag, officially the Municipality of Alitagtag (Tagalog: Bayan ng Alitagtag), is a municipality in the province of Batangas, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 26,819 people. Alitagtag derived its name from the Tagalog word alinagnag, which means "a small distinct light."

Batangas, officially the Province of Batangas (Tagalog: Lalawigan ng Batangas IPA: [bɐˈtaŋgas]), is a first class province of the Philippines located in the southwestern part of Luzon in the Calabarzon region. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 2,908,494 people, making it the 8th most populous province in the country. In 2020, its provincial government posted a record high of ₱25.2 billion worth of assets, the largest in Calabarzon and the whole Luzon. Batangas is one of the most popular tourist destinations near Metro Manila. It is home to the well-known Taal Volcano, one of the Decade Volcanoes, and the small nearby town of Taal which keeps ancestral houses, churches, and other architecture dating back to the 19th century. The province also has numerous beaches and diving spots including Anilao in Mabini, Sombrero Island in Tingloy, Ligpo Island and Sampaguita Beach in Bauan, Matabungkay in Lian, Punta Fuego in Nasugbu, the municipality of Calatagan, and Laiya in San Juan. All of the marine waters of the province are part of the Verde Island Passage, the center of the world's marine biodiversity. Batangas International Port in Batangas City is the second largest international seaport in the Philippines after Port of Manila. The identification of the city as an industrial growth center in the region and being the focal point of the Calabarzon program is seen in the increasing number of business establishments in the city's Central Business District (CBD) as well as numerous industries operating in the province's industrial parks. Lipa City has passed Batangas City as the most populous city in the province.

Cuenca, officially the Municipality of Cuenca (Tagalog: Bayan ng Cuenca), is a municipality in the province of Batangas, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 36,235 people.

Bauan, officially the Municipality of Bauan (Tagalog: Bayan ng Bauan), is a municipality in the province of Batangas, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 90,819 people.

Immaculate Conception Parish Church, commonly known as Bauan Church, is a Neo-classical church located in Bauan, Batangas, in the Philippines. It is under the jurisdiction of the Archdiocese of Lipa. The church is the third and final relocation site of Bauan after its transfer from the shores of Bombon Lake (Taal Lake), to Durugto, to Lonal, and finally to its present site near the shores of Batangas Bay. The church is also one of the parishes administered by Fr. Manuel Blanco, who perfected the art of dyeing by means of plants in Bauan.

San Pascual, officially the Municipality of San Pascual (Tagalog: Bayan ng San Pascual), is a municipality in the province of Batangas, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 69,009 making it as the 9th most populous municipality in the province.

Mount Macolod (other spelling: Maculot) is a dormant stratovolcano located in the municipality of Cuenca, Batangas in the Philippines. Popular with mountain climbers and campers, it is the main tourist attraction of Cuenca. The mountain is sacred to both Christians and Anitists. Every year on Holy Week, thousands of pilgrims from nearby towns and provinces climb the mountain as a form of penance.

FPJ Arena is an indoor arena located in San Jose, Batangas, Philippines. Opened in 2023, the arena named after Fernando Poe Jr. (FPJ) is one of the home venues for the Batangas City Tanduay Rum Masters of the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL) and has also hosted its share of Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) games as an out-of-town venue.

The Archdiocesan Shrine and Parish of Saint Joseph the Patriarch, also known as Saint Joseph the Patriarch Church, is a Roman Catholic church located in the town center of San Jose, Batangas, in the Philippines. It is under the jurisdiction of the Archdiocese of Lipa. The church is known for being one of the parishes that Fr. Manuel Blanco OSA, who authored the Flora de Filipinas, administered.

Mabini, officially the Municipality of Mabini (Tagalog: Bayan ng Mabini), is a municipality in the province of Batangas, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 50,858 people. Mabini is known for its diving and snorkeling sites. It is named after Apolinario Mabini, a Filipino revolutionary hero.

San Jose, officially the Municipality of San Jose (Tagalog: Bayan ng San Jose), is a municipality in the province of Batangas, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 79,868 people. The municipality is bounded in the north and north-east by Lipa, east by Ibaan, south by Batangas City and San Pascual, and west by Cuenca and Alitagtag.

The Batangas International Port (Filipino: Daungan Pandaigdig ng Batangas) or locally known as the Batangas Pier (Tagalog: Pantalan ng Batangas) is a seaport in Barangay Santa Clara, Batangas City primarily serving the Calabarzon region of the Philippines. The seaport covers an area of about 150 hectares. It was declared as a national port in 1956. It serves as an alternate port to the Port of Manila. In the 1990s, it was the second biggest port in the Philippines in terms of revenue, just behind the Port of Manila.
