The Archdiocesan Shrine and Parish of Saint Joseph the Patriarch, also known as Saint Joseph the Patriarch Church, is a Roman Catholic church located in the town center of San Jose, Batangas, in the Philippines. It is under the jurisdiction of the Archdiocese of Lipa. The church is known for being one of the parishes that Fr. Manuel Blanco OSA, who authored the Flora de Filipinas, administered.

FPJ Arena is an indoor arena located in San Jose, Batangas, Philippines. Opened in 2023, the arena named after Fernando Poe Jr. (FPJ) is one of the home venues for the Batangas City Tanduay Rum Masters of the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL) and has also hosted its share of Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) games as an out-of-town venue.

Batangas College of Arts and Sciences, Inc., formerly known as the Batangas Science School, is a private school founded November 23, 2000 in Banay-banay Concepcion, Lipa City. The school's first class had 19 students. The number of students gradually increased, noticeably during the school year 2002–2003, wherein 521 were studying at the school. The school's motto was "Competence, Character, Compassion" and was then changed to "To Climb the Mountain, To Kiss the Clouds". The new emblem, which portrayed Mount Maculot with a coconut tree in the foreground, was designed by Mark Anthony de Castro, brother of Maria Lourdes de Castro, valedictorian of the pioneer class. In its first year, the school published its first English school paper, Vanguard (editor-in-chief was Maria Lourdes de Castro), simultaneously with its Filipino counterpart, Kalasag (editor-in-chief was Altaire Thyra Bautista). The following year, the school organ changed its name to The BSSAN (pronounced as Bessan; editor-in-chief was Daniel C. Lachica Jr.). Now, the Batangas College of Arts and Sciences, Inc. has two campuses, one for high school and college students, and the other for preparatory and elementary students.

Mataasnakahoy, officially the Municipality of Mataasnakahoy (Tagalog: Bayan ng Mataasnakahoy), is a municipality in the province of Batangas, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 30,621 people. It has 16 barangays and its total land area is 22.10 square kilometers (8.53 sq mi). It is bounded by Balete and Lipa City with Taal Lake on its western edge. The town is known for its cool climate due to its high elevation of 379 meters (1,243 ft).

Basilio Fernando Air Base, or simply Fernando Air Base (formerly known as Lipa Air Base) is the site of the Philippine Air Force's (PAF) pilot training and education facilities located in the city of Lipa, Batangas, Philippines. It is named after Lieutenant Colonel Basilio Fernando, one of the pioneers of Philippine aviation, who died during an airplane training accident in the US. It is also the location of PAF Air Education, Training, and doctrine Command of the Philippine Air Force. Throughout the years, it has been consistently awarded as the Philippine Air Force's Model Base of the Year for its well maintained appearance, excellent base services, aggressive ecological and environmental control, and consistent safety and security control.

Santa Teresita, officially the Municipality of Santa Teresita (Tagalog: Bayan ng Santa Teresita), is a municipality in the province of Batangas, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 21,559 people. Santa Teresita is derived from Spanish for its patron saint, Thérèse of Lisieux, who is also known as St. Therese of the Child Jesus and the Holy Face.

Batangas, officially the Province of Batangas (Tagalog: Lalawigan ng Batangas IPA: [bɐˈtaŋgas]), is a first class province of the Philippines located in the southwestern part of Luzon in the Calabarzon region. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 2,908,494 people, making it the 8th most populous province in the country. All of the marine waters of the province are part of the Verde Island Passage, the center of the world's marine biodiversity. Batangas International Port in Batangas City is the second largest international seaport in the Philippines after Port of Manila. The identification of the city as an industrial growth center in the region and being the focal point of the Calabarzon program is seen in the increasing number of business establishments in the city's Central Business District (CBD) as well as numerous industries operating in the province's industrial parks. Lipa City has passed Batangas City as the most populous city in the province.
