Chapman Lake is a lake in Sauk County, in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. Chapman Lake was named for Parker Chapman.

The Kingsley Bend Mound Group is a group of pre-Columbian Native American mounds along Wisconsin Highway 16 3 miles (4.8 km) southeast of Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. The site includes effigy mounds in the shape of a water spirit, a bird, and two bears, along with several linear and conical mounds. The mounds were built during the Late Woodland period between roughly 700 and 1000 A.D., the era in which most effigy mounds in Wisconsin were built. The site was maintained by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation as a wayside until 2006, when the Ho-Chunk Nation took ownership of the property. The site was added to the National Register of Historic Places on August 20, 1998.

The Man Mound is a precontact earthwork of a humanoid figure located in Greenfield, Sauk County, Wisconsin, east of the city of Baraboo. Constructed during the Late Woodland period, the mound is the only surviving anthropomorphic effigy mound in North America. The mound depicts a humanoid figure with horns or a horned headdress and may have held religious or ceremonial significance to its builders. The mound was preserved as a county park in 1908, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978 and designated a National Historic Landmark in 2016.

Rowley Creek is a stream in Sauk and Columbia counties, in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. It is a tributary to the Baraboo River.Rowley Creek was named for an early settler.

The Town of Greenfield is a located in Sauk County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 909 at the 2020 census. The town was named after Greenfield, Massachusetts.

The International Crane Foundation (ICF) is a non-profit conservation organization that works to conserve cranes and the ecosystems, watersheds, and flyways on which they depend. Founded in 1973, the International Crane Foundation is headquartered in Baraboo, Wisconsin on a 250-acre property that includes live crane exhibits with 15 crane species, a visitor center, breeding facilities, a research library and nature trails. The foundation works worldwide and in the US with local partners to raise and conserve cranes. The Foundation maintains a regional base in China and shares program offices with partner organizations in Cambodia, India, South Africa, Texas, Vietnam, and Zambia. The International Crane Foundation's approximately 80 staff work with a network of hundreds of specialists in over 50 countries on five continents.

WDLS (900 AM) is an adult contemporary radio station in the resort community of Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin simulcasting sister station WBOO 102.9 FM Reedsburg. WDLS is also relayed on an FM translator broadcasting on 98.5. In February 2024 WDLS and it's FM translator left the air due to a transmitter failure, the stations owner Mangum Communications also at that time took down the stations website and any mention of it on their companies website leaving the future of the station uncertain. As of April 2024 WDLS returned to the air with a simulcast of WBOO identifying on air jointly as "B102.9 & 98.5".

WNNO-FM (106.9 MHz, "Mix 106.9") is a Top 40 music formatted radio station. WNNO is a sister station to WDLS AM 900. Its station is located in Wisconsin Dells and Lake Delton, and its signal can be reached out to Portage, Poynette, Baraboo, Lyndon Station, and Adams-Friendship, as well as the northern tier of the Madison Metro area.

The A. G. Tuttle Estate is a historic house at S4456 Elizabeth Street in Baraboo, Wisconsin. The house was built in 1869 for A. G. Tuttle, a merchant and nursery owner who moved to Baraboo from New England. Tuttle was known for developing local varieties of fruit, especially apples; a Russian apple variety he grew brought him customers from throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota, and he was president of the Wisconsin Horticultural Society for several years. Tuttle's house is designed in the Carpenter Gothic style; the style was most popular in the Eastern United States, including Tuttle's native New England, in the mid-nineteenth century. The house has a cross-gabled plan featuring steep gable ends with decorative bargeboard along their eaves, board and batten siding, a porch supported by wooden columns at the front entrance, and a bay window with wooden corbelling. The house's interior includes a trompe-l'oeil of Venus, a landscape mural in the dining room that features the house itself, a plaster rosette on the parlor ceiling, and many detailed moldings.The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places on November 6, 1980.

Daisho Con was an annual three-day multi-genre convention held during November at the Kalahari Resorts: Wisconsin Dells in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. The convention's name came from a small sword used by the samurai, named 'daisho'.

The Charles Ringling House is a historic house at 201 8th Street in Baraboo, Wisconsin. Charles Ringling, one of the five brothers who founded the Ringling Brothers Circus, had the house built in 1900 for his family. Brothers George and Karl Isenberg of Baraboo built the Georgian Revival house. The two-story house features a long front porch supported by Ionic columns, a balustrade along the porch roof, two-story pilasters dividing the house's three bays, and a pediment atop the central bay. The property also includes a carriage house, a cottage, and a barn. Ringling and his wife Edith lived in the house until 1912, when they moved to Sarasota, Florida.The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places on March 21, 1997.

The Walworth D. Porter Duplex Residence is located in Baraboo, Wisconsin. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.Developer Walworth D. Porter built the duplex in 1894 as a rental property. The building has a Queen Anne style design with an irregular layout featuring reflection symmetry, clapboard and wood shingle siding, an oriel window and arched entrance porch with decorative woodwork on each unit, and a large dormer atop the front facade. The interior is generally intact and includes ornamental woodwork and fireplaces with decorative tiling in each unit. Duplex housing in Baraboo typically housed middle-class workers, especially those employed by the growing Ringling Brothers Circus; Charles Ringling, one of the Ringling Brothers, was the first tenant in the east unit. The building is a rare surviving example of side-by-side duplex housing in Baraboo.
