Elmer School District

Elmer is a borough in Salem County in the U.S. state of New Jersey. As of the 2020 United States census, the borough's population was 1,347, a decrease of 48 (−3.4%) from the 2010 census count of 1,395, which in turn reflected an increase of 11 (+0.8%) from the 1,384 counted in the 2000 census. It is the home of the annual Appel Farm Arts and Music Festival, which celebrated its 23rd year in 2012.

John W. Smithson Field is a baseball venue in Merion Station, Pennsylvania, United States. It is home to the Saint Joseph's Hawks baseball team of the NCAA Division I Atlantic 10 Conference. The field hosted its first game in spring 2012. The venue has a capacity of 400 spectators. Monroeville is mostly filled with wooded areas and farms.Most of the residents attend Upper Pittsgrove School if they are in the Upper Pittsgrove Township portion, although some attend Olivet Elementary in Pittsgrove Township. Monroeville was named after Rev. Samuel Y. Monroe, and had also been called Monroe Station for the train depot located in the area. It had contained a cigar factory, a blacksmith shop and a creamery. During the 1880s and 1890s, it was one of several South Jersey destinations settled by Russian Jewish immigrants who were offered transportation by ship from Europe, and were provided with land and a cow in farming colonies.As of the 2010 United States Census, the population for ZIP Code Tabulation Area 08343 was 5,030. As of the 2000 census, the population was 4,596.

Portions of the township were taken on January 28, 1893, to form Elmer.The township was named for Pittsgrove Township, which in turn was named for William Pitt, 1st Earl of Chatham, a supporter of the colonial cause.It is a dry town, where alcohol cannot be sold, as affirmed by a referendum passed in 1979, though alcohol is available at a winery and a distillery in the township.
