Kengkou station (Guangzhou Metro)

Huadiwan Station (simplified Chinese: 花地湾站; traditional Chinese: 花地灣站; Jyutping: faa1 dei2 waan1 zaam6; Cantonese Yale: Fādéiwāan Jaahm) is a metro station on Line 1 of the Guangzhou Metro that started operations on 28 June 1997. It is situated under Huadi Avenue North (花地大道北) in the Liwan District of Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China. It is near the Huadi Bird Fish & Insect Market (花地花鸟虫鱼市场).The station is unique in being the only station on the Guangzhou Metro to use 'cut and cover' construction. The station is located in a large single-vault tunnel with two side platforms and two mezzanine-style concourses –one at each end of the platform. Half-height platform-edge-doors are used.

Hedong Station (Chinese: 鹤洞站), formerly Baihedong Station (白鹤洞站) during planning, is a station on Guangfo Line. It is located under Hedong Road (鹤洞路) in Fangcun, Liwan District, Guangzhou. It entered operation on December 28, 2015.

Xilang station (Chinese: 西塱站; Jyutping: sai1long5 zaam6; Cantonese Yale: Sāilóhng Jaahm ), formerly Guanggang station because of nearby Guangzhou Iron and Steel's headquarters when planning, is a terminus of Line 1 of the Guangzhou Metro and Guangfo Line (FMetro Line 1). It started operations on 28 June 1997. It was situated at the underground of Huadi Avenue South in Fangcun, Liwan District.During COVID-19 pandemic control rules from 29 May to 24 June 2021, services of Xilang station had been largely restricted, as all entrances and exits are closed, passengers can't embark or disembark at this station, and while the trains on both lines can still stop here, passengers can only transfer between both lines within the fare zone. The entrance has reopened in the afternoon of 24 June.

The Hedong Bridge is a cable stayed bridge located in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. Opened in 1998, it has a main span of 360 metres (1,180 ft). The bridge carries traffic between Liwan District, west of the river and Haizhu District to the east.The bridge's daily traffic is 130,000 cars.In 2021, construction work on the bridge consisted in the replacement of 144 stay cables, the layout of 40,000 square meters of noise-reducing pavement, and the application of anti-corrosion coating.

Wong Tai Sin Temple (simplified Chinese: 黄大仙祠; traditional Chinese: 黃大仙祠; pinyin: Huáng dàxiān cí; Jyutping: wong4 daai6 sin5 zi2) is a major tourist attraction dedicated to Chinese deity Wong Tai Sin. Situated in the Huadi Subdistrict, Liwan District of Guangzhou, it is a Taoist temple. It is just one of many temples dedicated to Wong Tai Sin. Besides, it can be found in different parts of the world, including China, Southeast Asia, and the United States, etc. Among them, the oldest one is in Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, China.

Fangcun Station (Chinese: 芳村站; Jyutping: fong1cyun1 zaam6; Cantonese Yale: Fōngchyūn Jaahm) is a station on Line 1 of the Guangzhou Metro that started operation on 28 June 1997. It will be served by Line 11 and Line 22 in future.It is situated under the junction of Huadi Avenue North (花地大道北) and Fangcun Avenue Middle (芳村大道中) in Fangcun in the Liwan District. The station has four main exits (A-D) at each of the four corners of the concourse. There are two platforms on an island linked to the concourse by two banks of escalators and two stairways. Facilities include an ATM and a convenience store. The station is popular with revellers visiting the popular Bai'etan riverside bar street on Changdi Street approx 10 minutes walk from the station, as well as shoppers going to the large superstore located nearby.

Huadi Subdistrict (Chinese: 花地街道; pinyin: Huādì Jiēdào; Jyutping: fa1 dei2 gaai1 dou6) is a subdistrict of Liwan District, Guangzhou, People's Republic of China. As of 2020, it has 8 residential communities (社区) under its administration.

Fangcun (Chinese: 芳村; Jyutping: Fong1 Cyun1), formerly known as Fe Tee, Fa Ti, or Fati (Chinese: 花埭 / 花地; pinyin: Huādài / Huādì; Jyutping: Fa1dei6), from its Cantonese pronunciation, is a former area of Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China. It lay to the southwest of Guangzhou's central business district and south of the Pearl River. It was well known as the site of garden nurseries for flower and ornamental tree production as early as the 9th century, and the source of many "exotic" plants brought back to Europe in the 19th century. Fangcun became an independent district of Guangzhou known as the Fangcun District, then merged with the Liwan District in 2005.

Fangcun District (Chinese: 芳村区; Wade–Giles: Fang1tsʻun1 Chʻü; Jyutping: fong1 cyun1 keoi1) was a former district in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. It lay to the southwest of Guangzhou's modern downtown area and south of the Pearl River. It was established in 1949 after the Chinese Communist Party took over Guangzhou from the Kuomintang. In 2005, it merged with the Liwan District.

Jushu Station (Chinese: 菊树站), formerly Fangcun Sports Center Station (芳村体育馆站) or Jucun Station (菊村站) during planning, is a metro station on the Guangfo Line (FMetro Line 1). It is located under the southwest of the Fangcun Sport Center (芳村体育中心) in Fangcun, Liwan District, Guangzhou. It started operation on 3 November 2010.

The Battle of Macao Fort was fought between British and Chinese forces in the Pearl River, Guangdong, China on 4 January 1857 during the Second Opium War. Macao Fort was located on an islet about 3 miles (4.8 kilometres) south of Canton (Guangzhou).
