Montelupo Fiorentino is a comune (municipality) in the Metropolitan City of Florence in the Italian region Tuscany, located about 20 kilometres (12 miles) southwest of Florence.

The Stadio comunale Carlo Castellani is a multi-purpose stadium in Empoli, Italy. It is currently used mostly for football matches and the home of Empoli F.C. The stadium holds 16,284. Built in 1923, the Stadio Carlo Castellani is currently the home of Empoli. The stadium is located in the sporting district of Empoli on the viale delle Olimpiadi. Inaugurated on 12 September 1965 the ground was dedicated to Carlo Castellani, former football player born in nearby Montelupo Fiorentino, who died prematurely after being deported to the concentration camp of Mauthausen. It is formed by two tribune, or grandstands, and two curve with a total capacity of 16,284 spectators}. The Curva Sud was recently renovated, with older structures being replaced. The Municipality of Empoli and the Banca di Cambiano have financed the renovations. The stadium is also equipped with an athletics track for long jump and a running track.

Empoli (Italian pronunciation: [ˈempoli]) is a town and comune in the Metropolitan City of Florence, Tuscany, Italy, about 30 km (20 miles) southwest of Florence, to the south of the Arno in a plain formed by the river. Pozzale is a frazione in Empoli commune, Metropolitan City of Florence. It was the site of a medium-security women's prison. In 2010, it was announced that it would be converted into a facility exclusively for transgender prisoners, making it the first such facility in the world. However, the project was later cancelled by the Ministry of Justice and as of 2013, the prison had resumed its normal operation as a women's prison. In 2020, the prison was converted to a REMS (Residenza per l'Esecuzione delle Misure di Sicurezza) for mentally ill people who have committed crimes, replacing the old asylum-like hospital-prison placed in Villa Medicea L'Ambrogiana. It used to be the seat of a literary award called Premio Pozzale (now set in Empoli).

The Tumulus of Montefortini is an Etruscan tomb near Comeana, Tuscany, central Italy, which is believed to date from the 7th century BC.The tumulus is an oval burial mound 80 metres long and 11 metres high, which houses two tombs. Excavations began in 1966 and the finds are displayed in the museum of Artimino.

San Martino a Gangalandi is a Roman Catholic parish (pieve) church in the Gangalandi neighborhood of Lastra a Signa in the region of Tuscany, Italy. It is located via Leon Battista Alberti. Adjacent to the church is a small Museo Vicariale (Vicarial Museum) displaying some works of art.

The Medici Villa of Poggio a Caiano, also called Ambra, is one of the most famous Medici villas and is located in Poggio a Caiano (Prato).
