Longhorsley

Longhorsley Moor is a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) in Northumberland, England. It is located 7km north of the town of Morpeth. Longhorsley Moor, near the village of Longhorsley, is a protected area because of the lowland heath habitat present.

Stanton is a small hamlet and former civil parish, now in the parish of Netherwitton, in Northumberland, England, which is located 7 miles (11 km) north west of Morpeth, and 15 miles (24 km) north of Newcastle upon Tyne. Stanton is 9 miles (14 km) from the Northumberland National Park (NNPA). In 1951 the parish had a population of 70. The hamlet lies near to the River Font which joins the River Wansbeck near Mitford.

Causey Park House is a 16th-century former manor house with Grade II listed building status situated at Causey Park, Northumberland, England. The Manors of Ogle (owned by the Ogle family), and Causey Park and Bothal (owned by the Bertrams) were merged by the marriage of Robert Ogle and Ellen Bertram in the 14th century. The house was built in 1589 for James Ogle on the site of an earlier Bertram house which incorporated a pele tower. Early masonry remains evident despite considerable extension and remodelling during the 18th and 19th centuries. The Ogle family remained on the estate for over 400 years until it was sold in 1854 to John Hogg. The property is now a working 1,500-acre (610 ha) farm which offers holiday accommodation

Pigdon is a hamlet and former civil parish 3 miles (4.8 km) from Morpeth, now in the parish of Meldon, in the county of Northumberland, England. In 1951 the parish had a population of 52.

Causey Park Bridge is a hamlet in the civil parish of Tritlington and West Chevington, in Northumberland, England. It is about 6 miles (10 km) to the north of Morpeth and a similar distance inland from the North Sea coast.

Newton Underwood is a hamlet in the civil parish of Meldon, in the county of Northumberland, England. It is about 5 miles (8.0 km) miles from Morpeth. There are the remains of a tower which consists of an arch in a wall in the north east corner of the village green. It was an ortalice or bastle of the family of Eure. Willey Reveley was born in Newton Underwood.

The Church of St Michael and All Angels is a parish church located on Riverside in Felton, Northumberland, England. Built circa 1200, its many alterations and additions have caused it to be almost encased within another church. Some unusual features are that the nave and an aisle appear roofless, as well as a window with geometrical tracery that features an eight-petalled flower patterned central circle cut from a single stone. Dedicated to Saint Michael, it is a Grade I listed building.

Felton is a village in Northumberland, North East England, 8.9 miles (14 km) south of Alnwick and 12 miles (19 km) north of Morpeth. The nearest city, Newcastle upon Tyne, is 24 miles (39 km) south of the village, and the Scottish border is 37 miles (60 km) north of it. At the 2011 census, it had a population of 1531. There are two bridges crossing the River Coquet. The older stone bridge dates to around the 15th century, while the newer concrete bridge was built in 1926. The older bridge is closed to traffic, and is often used for village events including wassailing at Christmas. St Michael and All Angels church to the west of the village is a Grade I listed building.
