British Grove Studios

22 St Peter's Square, in Hammersmith, London, is a grade II Listed building with a former laundry that has been converted to an architects' studio and office building. The property is situated in the western corner of St Peter's Square, that was laid out and built from 1827, opposite St Peter's Church, Hammersmith. In the basement of the rear of the building is the former studio of Island Records known as The Fallout Shelter, 47 British Grove. Many musicians began their careers or recorded in the building; Steve Winwood and Traffic, Robert Palmer, Cat Stevens, Bob Marley, U2, Nick Drake and Sandy Denny. It has a Hammersmith Society Conservation award plaque (2009) and has been included in tours in Architecture Week.

Hammersmith & Chiswick was a railway terminus in west London that was opened in 1858 by the North & South Western Junction Railway and closed in 1917, during the First World War. Originally named Hammersmith but renamed Hammersmith & Chiswick in 1880, the station was located midway between Chiswick and Hammersmith and was intended to serve both areas.

Stamford Brook is a London Underground station on the eastern edge of Chiswick in west London. The station is served by the District line and is between Ravenscourt Park and Turnham Green stations. The main entrance is located on Goldhawk Road (A402) with a secondary entrance on Prebend Gardens. It is in Travelcard Zone 2. The station takes its name from Stamford Brook, a tributary of the River Thames that is now predominantly underground. The Piccadilly line uses the inside tracks, but does not stop here except on rare occasions

7 Hammersmith Terrace is an historic house in the London borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, England, and the former home of English engraver and printer Emery Walker. Walker was an important figure in the English Arts and Crafts movement, and a close friend of textile designer William Morris, who lived nearby. During his life, Walker furnished the home in an Arts and Crafts style, reflecting his friendships with Morris and others. The terraced house is a Grade II* listed building. It is four storeys tall, two windows wide with a Doric porch and built of brown brick with stucco to the ground floor. A blue plaque was erected by London County Council. After Walker's death, his daughter Dorothy sought to preserve the interior of the house, while adding further items from the Morris family. As a result of this preservation work, the house now offers a unique example of an Arts and Crafts interior, preserved almost as it was during the life of its former inhabitant. The property is under the ownership of the Emery Walker Trust, a registered charity, who describe it as "the last authentic Arts and Crafts interior in Britain". The house may be visited through prebooked guided tours. Hammersmith Terrace is located immediately off the A4 road, west of Hammersmith Broadway.

Hammersmith Terrace is a street of listed, brick-built houses in Hammersmith, west London. All of the seventeen houses in the terrace are Grade II listed, except No. 7 which is Grade II*. The street was built in about 1770 and has been home to several notable artists.

Chiswick Eyot is a 3.266-acre (1.3 ha) narrow, uninhabited ait (river island) of the Thames. It is a tree- and reed-covered rise on the Tideway by Chiswick, in London, England and is overlooked by Chiswick Mall and by some of the Barnes riverside on the far bank. It is the most downstream island purely in the Thames (as Canvey Island and two nearby islets in the lower estuary are co-fed by creeks and Sheppey is skirted by much flow from the Medway).

Metropolis Studios is a music production and entertainment industry company established in 1989 by Gary Langan, Carey Taylor and Karin Clayton. It is located in the Power House, a Grade II listed building, at 70 Chiswick High Road in Chiswick, London, England. Over the last twenty years the group has expanded and now consists of three divisions: Metropolis Studios, Metropolis Mastering, and Digital Media/Productions. Metropolis Studios was bought out on 31 May 2013 by 'MLML (Metropolis London Music Limited)' by Kainne Clements, (who also owns the Academy of Contemporary Music) The Group in 2017 gained a new CEO Richard Connell, a former Sony Music executive.
