Spring Hill (preliminary names Tysons West, Tysons–Spring Hill Road) is a Washington Metro station in Fairfax County, Virginia, on the Silver Line. Located in Tysons, it began operation on July 26, 2014. The station is located in the central median of Leesburg Pike (SR 7) just west of Spring Hill Road. There had been some controversy about whether to build the rail through Tysons below ground or on elevated tracks. The efforts to build a tunnel through all of Tysons failed, and the current design has the main platform with a height of 48 ft (15 m) at its east end and 51 ft (16 m) at its west end.The station is about 5.8 miles (9.3 km) from Wiehle–Reston East, the next station to the west, but only about 0.8 miles (1.3 km) from Greensboro directly to the southeast.

Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts (originally known as the Wolf Trap Farm Park for the Performing Arts and simply known as Wolf Trap) is a performing arts center located on 117 acres (47 ha) of national park land in unincorporated Fairfax County, Virginia, near the town of Vienna. Through a partnership and collaboration of the National Park Service and the non-profit Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts, the park offers both natural and cultural resources. The park began as a donation from Catherine Filene Shouse. Encroaching roads and suburbs led Shouse to preserve the former farm as a park. In 1966 Congress accepted Shouse's gift and authorized Wolf Trap Farm Park (its original name) as the first national park for the performing arts. On August 21, 2002, the park's name was changed to its present one to reflect its mission while keeping the historical significance of the area.

The International Children's Festival at Wolf Trap was a youth-oriented festival dedicated to the performing, visual, and interactive arts. The festival is held each September at Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts in Fairfax County, Virginia, which is the United States' only national park devoted solely to the performing arts. First conceived in 1971 as "International Children's Day", the festival provides opportunities for children to share aspects of their culture through the arts. The idea and impetus for the festival came from Joan C. Blair, also on the Fairfax County Arts Council. She convinced the founder of the Wolf trap National Park for Performing Arts, Catherine Filene Shouse, to support the festival.The International Children's Festival is sponsored by the Arts Council of Fairfax County in cooperation with the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts and the National Park Service. Proceeds from the annual festival support the educational programs and services of the Arts Council of Fairfax County. It is held annually in September, typically on the 3rd weekend of the month. By the end of 2011, it was decided to conclude the tradition, amid financial issues.

American Truck Dealers, established in 1970, is a division of NADA representing nearly 1,800 heavy- and medium-duty truck dealerships throughout the United States.

Wolf Trap is a proposed Washington Metro station in Fairfax County, Virginia, on the Silver Line between Wiehle–Reston East and Spring Hill. The station would be located in the central median of Virginia State Route 267 (Dulles Access Road) at the Trap Road overpass adjacent to the Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts. A stop at Wolf Trap had been considered part of the Silver Line. However, it was deemed too costly with little development potential. It was thus excluded from the initial phases of the project, though provisions were to be made for future construction of the station. Some of these provisions, such as the installation of an additional crossover, have been omitted from the project to reduce costs. However, the track at the Trap Road overpass has been spaced and graded to allow the future installation of a center island platform. However, as of April 2023, the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) has no current plans to construct the station.

Foxstone Park is a 14.42-acre (58,400 m2) park located at 1910 Creek Crossing Road in Vienna, Fairfax County, Virginia, USA and run by the Fairfax County Park Authority.

Odricks Corner is an unincorporated community in Fairfax County, Virginia, United States. Odricks Corner lies north of the Dulles Toll Road (State Route 267) at the intersection of Spring Hill and Lewinsville Roads. Odricks Corner takes its name from Alfred Odrick, a former slave and carpenter who in 1872 purchased 30 acres and built a house on the southern side of Lewinsville Road. This was later intersected by Spring Hill Road, and the resulting location came to be known as Odrick's Corner. By 1879 a one-room schoolhouse, called Odrick's School, had been erected at the corner; tradition links Alfred Odrick to its creation. The school came to be used as well as a location for community meetings, and was the first place where services for Shiloh Baptist Church were held. The original frame building, which came to be the center of a thriving African-American community, was eventually replaced with a brick structure. This was later closed, and was sold in 1953; it has since been demolished.The history of the community has been noted by a historic marker near the Spring Hill Recreation Center, erected by the Fairfax County History Commission in 2002.

Tysons, also known as Tysons Corner, is a census-designated place (CDP) in Fairfax County, Virginia, United States, developed from the corner of Chain Bridge Road (SR 123) and the Leesburg Pike (SR 7). Located in Northern Virginia between the community of McLean and the town of Vienna along the Capital Beltway (I-495), it is in the Washington metropolitan area. Tysons is home to two super-regional shopping malls—Tysons Corner Center and Tysons Galleria—and the corporate and administrative headquarters of numerous companies, such as Intelsat, Alarm.com, Booz Allen Hamilton, Capital One, DXC Technology, Freddie Mac, Gannett, Hilton Worldwide, ID.me and Tegna. As an unincorporated community, Tysons is Fairfax County's central business district and a regional commercial center. It has been called a quintessential example of an edge city. The population was 26,374 as of the 2020 census.

Tysons Galleria is a three-level super-regional mall owned by Brookfield Properties located at 2001 International Drive in Tysons, Virginia. It is the second-largest mall in Tysons, and one of the largest in the Washington metropolitan area.
