WDUM-LD, virtual channel 41 (UHF digital channel 16), is a low-powered television station licensed to serve Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. The station is owned by HC2 Holdings. In June 2013, the then-WNAI-LP was slated to be sold to Landover 5 as part of a larger deal involving 51 other low-power television stations. Mako Communications sold its stations, including WDUM-LD, to HC2 Holdings in 2017.

WFPA-CD, virtual channel 28 (UHF digital channel 35), is a low-powered, Class A UniMás owned-and-operated television station licensed to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. Owned by the Univision Local Media subsidiary of TelevisaUnivision USA, it is sister to the group's duopoly of Vineland, New Jersey–licensed Univision owned-and-operated station WUVP-DT (channel 65) and Wildwood, New Jersey–licensed True Crime Network affiliate WMGM-TV (channel 40). The three stations share studios on North Delsea Drive in Vineland; WFPA-CD's transmitter is located in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia.

WDPN-TV (channel 2) is a television station licensed to Wilmington, Delaware, United States, serving the Philadelphia area as an affiliate of the classic television network MeTV. It is owned by Maranatha Broadcasting Company alongside Allentown, Pennsylvania–licensed independent station WFMZ-TV (channel 69). Both stations share studios on East Rock Road on South Mountain in Allentown, while WDPN's transmitter is located at the antenna farm in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia.

WOGL (98.1 FM) is a commercial radio station licensed to serve Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The station is owned by Audacy, Inc. and broadcasts a classic hits radio format. The station's studios and offices are co-located within Audacy's corporate headquarters in Center City, Philadelphia. The station features mostly hits from the 1970s, 1980s and 1990s with some 2000s hits. WOGL uses HD Radio, and broadcasts a classic dance format on its HD2 subchannel. The talk radio programming of sister station WPHT is simulcast on its HD3 subchannel, while the programming on its HD4 subchannel was all related to Philadelphia Phillies baseball. The HD4 subchannel has since been turned off. Prior to 2018, the station played Christmas music during the holiday season; this practice was discontinued after WBEB, which also broadcasts Christmas music during the season, was acquired by Entercom (forerunner of Audacy).

The station is short-spaced due to adjacent channel interference from WMGM in Atlantic City, WXCY-FM in Havre de Grace, Maryland, and WNNJ in Newton, New Jersey (all located on 103.7 FM) and WAEB-FM in Allentown and WNNK in Harrisburg (both located on 104.1 FM).

Named after Benjamin Franklin, BEN-FM's slogan is "Playing Anything We Feel Like." The formula originated in Canada as Jack FM. Unlike many adult hits stations, WBEN-FM uses DJs. The station imaging is handled by Howard Cogan, the former voice of Jack FM. Actor John O'Hurley of the TV show Seinfeld previously did the station imaging.

WXPN (88.5 FM) is a non-commercial, public FM radio station licensed to The Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, that broadcasts an adult album alternative (AAA) radio format, along with many other format shows. WXPN produces World Cafe, a music program distributed by NPR to many non-commercial stations in the United States. The station's call sign, which is often abbreviated to XPN, stands for "Experimental Pennsylvania Network". The broadcast tower used by WXPN is located at (40°02′19.7″N 75°14′12.8″W), in the antenna farm complex in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia.

WPSJ-CD (channel 8) is a low-power, Class A television station licensed to Hammonton, New Jersey, United States, serving the Philadelphia area. The station is owned by Innovate Corp., with a transmitter located at the Roxborough antenna farm in northwest Philadelphia. Founded as W08CC in 1986 by Paul Engle, the station is one of the oldest low-power TV stations in New Jersey. For 25 years, it provided a mix of local interest and syndicated programs. After being sold in 2012, it has primarily carried Spanish-language broadcast networks, including MundoFox/MundoMax and Azteca América.
