Raymond Theatre

Raymond is a city in Pacific County, Washington, United States. The population was 2,882 at the 2010 census. The 2020 census showed the population of 3,081, an increase of 6.4%. The town's economy has traditionally been based on logging and fishing, together with a limited amount of tourism.

Willapa is a census-designated place (CDP) in Pacific County, Washington, east of the city of Raymond. The population was 210 as of the 2010 census. The name comes from that of the Willapa people, an Athapaskan-speaking people, now extinct, who occupied the Willapa River valley, which was similarly named after the Willapa people, along which the census-designated place Willapa is located.

South Bend is a city in and the county seat of Pacific County, Washington, United States. The population was 1,746 as of the 2020 census. The town is widely-known for its oyster production and scenery.

The Lumber Exchange Building was a building located on U.S. Route 101 in South Bend, Washington. It was built in 1907 and added to the National Register of Historic Places on May 19, 1988. In February 2006, real estate company LANCO LLC announced an escrow deal to purchase the Lumber Exchange building as part of a development of two adjacent properties. The purchase was contingent on inspection by a structural engineer to make sure that the granite footings under the building were still stable. On May 7, 2006, part of the facade of the building collapsed onto the highway. The building had been unoccupied for several years. The building was razed on May 10, 2006, and the site is currently vacant.

The Willapa River is a river on the Pacific coast of southwestern Washington in the United States, approximately 20 miles (32 km) long. It drains an area of low hills and a coastal plain into Willapa Bay, a large estuary north of the mouth of the Columbia River. The river rises in the Willapa Hills in southeastern Pacific County, approximately 25 miles (40 km) west of Chehalis. It flows northwest in a winding course past the small communities of Willapa and Raymond. It enters the northwest end of Willapa Bay at South Bend.
