Down Hatherley

The Church of St Mary & Corpus Christi is a grade II* listed Church of England church in Down Hatherley, Gloucestershire. It was rebuilt to a design by Thomas Fulljames in 1859–60.

Imjin Barracks is a military installation situated near Innsworth in Gloucestershire that is home to NATO's Allied Rapid Reaction Corps (ARRC). The Barracks were named after the Battle of the Imjin River because of the connection with the Gloucestershire Regiment which formed part of the United Nations contingent in the Korean War, and was thought to be an appropriate name, for ARRC which is the HQ of a multinational force.

RAF Innsworth was a non flying Royal Air Force station, located on the north side of the city of Gloucester in England. The station closed in March 2008 and for the last 13 years of its life it was the headquarters of Personnel and Training Command. The site was transferred to the British Army and renamed Imjin Barracks becoming the home of the Allied Rapid Reaction Corps (ARRC) in 2010.

Innsworth is a suburb of Gloucester, it is also a civil parish and forms part of the borough of Tewkesbury, in the county of Gloucestershire, England. The parish population taken at the 2011 census was 2,468.It contains Imjin Barracks, the home of Allied Rapid Reaction Corps, which moved from Germany in 2010. Until 2008, it was best known for RAF Innsworth, the home of the RAF Personnel and Training Command, before its move to RAF High Wycombe to co-locate with RAF Strike Command, forming RAF Air Command. Innsworth like its neighbouring village, Churchdown, is split into two halves: the military housing side which ends at the junction of Ward Avenue and Swallow Crescent and also Thompson Way again with Swallow Crescent.

Innsworth Meadow (grid reference SO851216) is a 2.9-hectare (7.2-acre) biological Site of Special Scientific Interest in Gloucestershire, notified in 1979.

Twigworth is a small village near Gloucester in the Borough of Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, England. The population of Twigworth Parish was 340 people in mid-2014 in 170 households. A planning application for 725 new homes in the parish of Twigworth was approved in December 2017.The place-name 'Twigworth' is first attested in 1220, as 'Twigeworth', and is thought to mean 'enclosure made of twigs'.

Hartpury University and Hartpury College, formerly Hartpury College, is a provider of further and higher education which describes itself as specialising in the "agriculture, animal, equine, sport and veterinary nursing" sectors. The university and college is set in a 360-hectare estate located in Hartpury, near Gloucester, in Gloucestershire, England.

Longlevens, originally Longleavens, is a suburb of Gloucester, in the unparished area of Gloucester, in the Gloucester district, in the county of Gloucestershire, England. It developed from a farmstead during the twentieth century, the name may be based on the old Roman name Colonia Glevensis, or the name could be based on an original field name "Long Elevens". This could have related to a long field about eleven acres therefore this could have been adopted as a name for the hamlet, first recorded in 1750, as part of the estate of Gloucester Cathedral. One of the oldest roads is 'The Avenue', which is shown on old maps as a number of farm cottages. The population of Longlevens was 9,532 at the time of the 2011 Census.

Holy Trinity Church is a grade II listed Church of England church in Longlevens, Gloucester. It was designed by Howard Stratton Davis and built in 1933–1934 in a fifteenth-century perpendicular Gothic style. It includes German and Dutch stained glass that was transferred from the Church of St Luke, High Orchard, Gloucester, after that church was demolished in 1934.

Wallsworth Hall is a stately home in the parish of Sandhurst, Gloucester, England. It is a Grade II* listed building.The hall was featured in Simon Jenkins (2004) book 'England's 1000 Best Houses'. The hall was built on the site of a timbered house from the Tudor period soon after 1740 by Samuel Hayward, as a wedding present for his wife, Catherine. The oldest part of the building faces up towards the side garden and the main front was added a little later. The building still has many of its original features, including the magnificent staircase, which is thought to have been installed in 1753. In 1865 a top floor, new roof, two extensions and the off-centre clock tower were added which updated the building dramatically. In 1903 the whole estate covering 655 acres (2.65 km2) including land, houses and farms was split up and offered for sale. It was purchased at auction and many improvements were made, after 1943 all properties were put on the market including household items, fixtures and fine pieces of furniture were sold. The Hall was then used as a residential nursery and a training centre for nursery nurses. After 1953 the house spent much of its time empty until in 1987 the building was purchased by The Nature in Art trust, a registered charity, which spent 12 months renovating the building and now operates it as an art gallery.

Nature in Art is a museum and art gallery at Wallsworth Hall, Twigworth, Gloucester, England, dedicated exclusively to art inspired by nature in all forms, styles and media. The museum has twice been specially commended in the National Heritage Museum of the Year Awards.
