The Benpres Building (Tagalog: Gusaling Benpres), originally known as the Chronicle Building, was a six-story Filipino modernist heritage building built in 1969 and inaugurated in 1971, located in Ortigas Center, Pasig.The building was designed by architect Gabriel Formoso and built in 1969 to serve as the new headquarters of the Manila Chronicle. The newspaper formally transferred to the building in February 1971 and the building was formally dedicated on April 2, 1971. However, President Ferdinand Marcos' declaration of Martial Law less than two years later saw the closure of the Chronicle, and the newspaper did not return to the building even after Marcos was deposed. After the People Power Revolution of 1986, the building was returned to the Lopez family and was renamed the Benpres Building after Eugenio Lopez, Sr.'s parents—former Iloilo governor Benito López, and Presentación Hofileña López.In 2016, the Lopez group of companies announced its intentions to redevelop the property on which the Benpres building stood, with two buildings planned to rise on the property. The building was demolished in 2019.

Meralco Avenue is a north-south thoroughfare located in Ortigas Center in Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines. It links Ortigas Avenue in the north and Shaw Boulevard in the south and borders the western edge of Valle Verde in Ugong. It is named for the Manila Electric Company, also known as Meralco, which is headquartered on the avenue's junction with Ortigas Avenue. Other notable businesses on Meralco Avenue include UnionBank Plaza, Marco Polo Ortigas Manila, Ayala Malls The 30th, Metrowalk, and the mixed-use development called Capitol Commons at the former Rizal Provincial Capitol lot on Meralco and Shaw Boulevard.

Ortigas Center is a central business district located within the joint boundaries of Pasig, Mandaluyong and Quezon City, within the Metro Manila region in the Philippines. With an area of more than 100 hectares (250 acres), it is Metro Manila's second most important business district after the Makati CBD. It is governed by Ortigas Center Association, Inc. Ortigas Center is home to many shopping malls, office and condominium skyscrapers, nightlife bars, restaurants and other building complexes. These include the St. Francis Square, the Asian Development Bank compound, the Oakwood Premier serviced apartments and a Shangri-La hotel. It is also the headquarters of San Miguel Corporation, Jollibee Foods Corporation, Viva Entertainment, Century Pacific Food, the Philippine branch of HSBC, Republic Biscuit Corporation (Rebisco), and Robinsons Galleria. It also home to the Banco de Oro main office owned by mall tycoon Henry Sy, Sr., as is the SM Megamall he owns—one of the largest malls in the nation—along EDSA. Also located near the Ortigas Center is The Medical City, one of the three hospitals in the nation accredited by the Joint Commission on International Accreditation. Ortigas Center is surrounded by the streets of Ortigas Avenue to the north, EDSA to the west, C-5 Road to the east, and Shaw Boulevard to the south.

The Orient Square (officially The Orient Square Building or Orient Square IT Center, acronym: OSB or use as a code: OS) is a first-class, high-rise and tallest building along Ortigas Center's main road, F. Ortigas Jr. Avenue (known as Emerald Avenue) in Pasig, Philippines. It rises 160 metres from ground level to roof, and is currently the 7th tallest complete building in Pasig, and the 76th tallest building in the Philippines. The building has 38 levels above ground, and 7 basement levels. It will be a mixed-use building, both office and residential. Orient Square Building is currently one of the modern landmarks in Ortigas Center because of its architectural design and its one-of-a-kind curtain wall that glitters at night from the lights inside the building because of its transparency. The Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) declared it an Information Technology Building in January 2006. The building has a 6-level concrete podium as its base, while its main body is fully clad with aluminium unitized curtain wall. It has a distinctive design of having multiple corners, especially on the top floors, making it easily recognizable among the buildings in Ortigas Center.

Wynsum Corporate Plaza is a 35-storey office skyscraper in Ortigas Center, in Pasig City. The building is equipped with a double glazed curtain wall system for additional energy and efficient cooling complemented by a combination of a polished red granite exterior wall and composite cladding. It also has 11 elevators.

UnionBank Plaza is an office skyscraper located in Pasig, Philippines. It rises 206 metres (676 feet) from ground level to roof, and is currently the tallest complete building in Pasig, and the 14th-tallest building in the country and Metro Manila as well. The building has 49 levels above ground, and 6 basement levels.True to its name, the bank serves as the headquarters for Union Bank of the Philippines, the seventh-largest bank in the Philippines in terms of assets. Other tenants of UnionBank Plaza include major business process outsourcing companies, like Sykes Enterprises, Branders.com, PCCW, among others. However, the building's main tenant, UnionBank, also maintains some executive offices at the SSS Building in Makati.

Ayala Malls The 30th (formerly Paradigm as working name) is a shopping mall built and managed by Ayala Malls. It is the first Ayala Mall in Ortigas Center as well as in Pasig and the first Ayala Mall to be managed by Mariana Zobel De Ayala. The mall opened on January 12, 2017. The mall was named "The 30th" as it is located at 30 Meralco Avenue.

Marco Polo Ortigas Manila (Chinese: 马尼拉奥迪加斯马哥孛罗酒店; pinyin: Mǎnílā Àodíjiāsī Mǎgē Bèiluō Jiǔdiàn) is a hotel at the Ortigas Center in Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines.

St. Paul College, Pasig, also referred to as SPCP or SPC Pasig, is a private, Roman Catholic school exclusively for girls in Pasig, Philippines run by the Congregation of Sisters of Saint Paul of Chartres, a teaching order founded as the Daughters of the School. St. Paul College, Pasig, is located in St. Paul Road, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig, Philippines. It was established in 1970 when Saint Paul University Manila (then St. Paul College, Manila) decided to relocate their kindergarten, grade school and high school departments to a different area.

Julia Vargas Avenue is a central east–west arterial road that passes through Ortigas Center in Metro Manila, Philippines. It is a four-lane divided road with one-way protected bike lanes that runs parallel to Ortigas Avenue to the north and Shaw Boulevard to the south. The avenue stretches 2.3 kilometers (1.4 mi) from Eulogio Rodriguez Jr. Avenue (C-5 Road) in Ugong, Pasig in the east to Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA) in Wack-Wack Greenhills, Mandaluyong in the west. It was named for philanthropist Doña Julia Vargas y Camus vda. de Ortigas, wife of Ortigas & Company Limited Partnership founder Don Francisco Ortigas y Barcinas who owned the Hacienda de Mandaloyon estate on which Ortigas Center was built.
