Sembawang Air Base

Mandai Crematorium and Columbarium is a crematorium and columbarium complex located at Mandai Road in Mandai, Singapore. The complex is operated by the Government of Singapore under the National Environment Agency. It is one of two government crematoria in Singapore, the other being the Choa Chu Kang Columbarium. Mandai Crematorium and Columbarium is located not far from Yishun New Town. This complex is one of the final resting places for many Singaporeans because of the new technology and limited spaces to host cemeteries for the dead.

Sembawang Hot Spring Park is a natural hot spring and a public park in Singapore. It is located beside a military camp about 100 metres (330 ft) off the main road, Gambas Avenue. Like hot springs worldwide, it can have health healing properties with proper use in moderation, and its natural spring water had once been bottled commercially by Fraser and Neave, under the brand name of Seletaris. Since its discovery in 1909, the spring has been through a few changes of ownership and potential redevelopment proposals. The hot spring has a rural rustic feel for visitors to unwind from the hustle and bustle of the modern metropolitan city. The National Parks Board took over the ownership of the park for redevelopment, which officially reopened on 4 January 2020. Sembawang Hot Spring is one of two hot springs in Singapore, with the other located on Pulau Tekong.

Chong Pang Camp is located in the North of Singapore, within Sembawang Air Base and opposite Chong Pang City in Yishun New Town. The camp is operated by the Republic of Singapore Air Force. It was established in the year 2002.The camp houses elements from Air Defence Operations Command (HQ ADOC, 165 Squadron, 809 and 819 Squadrons and 9 Air Engineering and Logistics Group) and Participation Command (3DA, 6/9 DA and 18 DA Battalions, 105 Squadron and 1 Medical Squadron). The camp was originally known as the Air Defence Systems Division (ADSD) complex. There still exists a road sign along Sembawang Road with this name. The elements were then transferred to Air Defence Operations Command (ADOC) in early 2007, and later, 3 Battalions were transferred to Participation Command (PC) in August that year.

Sir Manasseh Meyer International School (SMMIS) is a not-for-profit co-educational international school in Singapore for children aged 18 months to 16 years. The Sir Manasseh Meyer Trust supports the school with an annual grant.

The Yusof Ishak Mosque (Malay: Masjid Yusof Ishak) is a mosque in Woodlands, Singapore. It was announced by Prime Minister, Lee Hsien Loong during the 2013 National Day Rally The mosque is located at 10 Woodlands Drive 17, Singapore 737740. The mosque is named after Singapore's first President, Yusof Ishak.The mosque officially opened to public on 14 April 2017 by the former President's widow, Madam Noor Aisha, witnessed by guests including Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and Minister-in-charge of Muslim Affairs, Yaacob Ibrahim.

Yishun Innova Junior College (YIJC) is one of the 14 junior colleges in Singapore, offering two-year pre-university programmes for students who graduate from secondary schools after their O-level examinations. The two-year A-Level programme prepares students for education in local or foreign universities.

Mandai Depot (Malay: Depot Mandai; Chinese: 万礼车厂) is an integrated train and bus depot located in Mandai, Singapore. The train depot serves as the maintenance and control centre of the Thomson-East Coast line while the bus depot is used for the Sembawang-Yishun Bus Package.The facility is located on a 32 ha (79 acres) site bounded by Mandai Road, Seletar Expressway and Lorong Lada Hitam, on the former site of Orchidville.The depot is located between Woodlands station and Springleaf station on the Thomson-East Coast Line and has three reception tracks: one track northbound towards Woodlands station and two tracks southbound towards Springleaf station.

Woodlands Health Campus (abbreviation: WHC), also known simply as Woodlands Health (abbreviation: WH) or colloquially as Woodlands General Hospital (abbreviation: WGH), is a government founded medical complex in Woodlands, Singapore. The hospital officially opened on 13 July 2024 and alongside Woodlands serves the northern and northwest populations of the country. Woodlands Health Campus collectively consists of both acute and community facilities. Operated by the National Healthcare Group (NHG), WHC has a total capacity of 1,800 beds and offers general hospital services with community-based care and is part of Singapore's master plan in providing quality and accessible healthcare to all Singaporeans. WHC also partners with primary care physicians, polyclinics and intermediate and long-term care providers to offer more community-based care for the residents of northern and northwestern Singapore.

Woodlands South MRT station is an underground Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station in Woodlands, Singapore. Serving the Thomson–East Coast line (TEL), it is underneath Woodlands Avenue 1. The station is near Christ Church Secondary School, Yusof Ishak Mosque and the Singapore Sports School. The station will also serve the Woodlands Health Campus. First announced in August 2012 as part of the Thomson line (TSL), the station was constructed as part of TEL Phase 1 (TEL 1) after plans for the TSL and the Eastern Region line (ERL) were merged. Along with the TEL 1 stations, Woodlands South station opened on 31 January 2020. The two-level underground station is designed by Aedas and has five entrances. The station features an Art-in-Transit artwork 3652 + 50 by Kng Mian Tze.

Naval Base Secondary School (NBSS) is a co-educational government secondary school in Yishun, Singapore. Founded in 1957, NBSS initially began as a school for children of employees of the British Navy. Since 2003, NBSS has been organizing overseas trips for their students to decrease delinquency along with getting students more interested in the arts.

Christ Church Secondary School (CHR) is a co-educational government-aided secondary school located in Woodlands, Singapore, next to the Singapore Sports School and Woodlands South MRT station. Affiliated with Saint Andrew's Junior College, CHR was first established in 1952 at Dorset Road as a private institution, eventually becoming a government-aided school in 2002.

Admiralty MRT station is an elevated Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station on the North South line (NSL) in Woodlands, Singapore. Located along Woodlands Avenue 7 near the junctions of Woodlands Avenue 6 and Woodlands Drive 71, the station primarily serves the residential precincts in the eastern part of Woodlands New Town. This station took its name from a former Royal Navy base located on the northern coast of Singapore. First announced in November 1991 as part of the Woodlands Extension, the station opened on 10 February 1996. The station, like the other stations on the extension, features an improved station layout to facilitate better passenger flow, larger commercial space, and improved integration with other modes of transport.
