St. Paul–North Water Streets Historic District is a national historic district located at Rochester in Monroe County, New York. The district consists of a relatively intact cluster of 17 commercial, manufacturing, and warehouse structures.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

Andrews Street Bridge is a historic stone arch bridge located at Rochester in Monroe County, New York. It was designed by city engineer J. Y. McClintock, constructed in 1893, and spans the Genesee River. It has seven segmental arches with spans of 36 feet and rises of nine feet.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

The High Falls are a waterfall on the Genesee River in the city of Rochester, New York. They are one of three waterfalls within the city; the Middle and Lower Falls are about 2 miles (3.2 km) downstream. The High Falls area was the site of much of Rochester's early industrial development, where industry was powered by falling water. Brown's Race diverts water from above the falls and was used to feed various flour mills and industries; today the water is used to produce hydroelectric power.The High Falls may be viewed from the Pont De Rennes bridge, a pedestrian bridge that spans the Genesee River a few hundred feet from the base of the falls.The High Falls were the site of the final jump of "The Yankee Leaper" Sam Patch who died after jumping off of the High Falls in 1829.An abstract representation of the High Falls is used on the logo of Rochester New York FC as a symbol of the city.

German United Evangelical Church Complex, also known as Salem Evangelical Church (1921), Salem Evangelical and Reformed Church (1943), and Salem United Church of Christ (1957), is a historic Evangelical and Reformed church complex located at Rochester in Monroe County, New York. The complex includes the original church structure (1874) with attached wing (1895) and the later parish house and church school (1923).It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.

H. C. Cohn Company Building–Andrews Building is a historic industrial and commercial building located at Rochester in Monroe County, New York. It is a five-story masonry structure built in 1889 for the H. C. Cohn Company, a manufacturer of men's neckwear and silk ties. It housed the successor of H.C. Cohn Company, Superba Cravats, until 1983. The Andrews Street facade is detailed with Medina sandstone and corbelled brick in Romanesque Revival style. A two-story brick masonry addition was completed about 1955.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

Our Lady of Victory Roman Catholic Church, also known as Our Lady of Victory / St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, is a historic Roman Catholic church located at Rochester in Monroe County, New York. It was designed by noted Rochester architect Andrew Jackson Warner and is a French Romanesque Revival style brick cruciform plan church built in 1868. It features two slender towers with concave roofs, a recessed entrance inside a single-story protruding section, and a semi-circular stained-glass window.: 14, 56, 58 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.

H. H. Warner Building is a historic office building located at Rochester in Monroe County, New York. It is a large, seven-story commercial building built in 1883–1884. It is constructed of load-bearing brick walls, a cast-iron vault, timber framework, and a cast-iron facade on St. Paul St. Originally built to house a patent medicine laboratory and warehouse, it now houses retail and apartments. The building has a Venetian Gothic style.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

Chamber of Commerce is a historic chamber of commerce building located at 55 St. Paul Street, Rochester, Monroe County, New York. The building was a gift of George Eastman. It is a four-story building in the Classical Revival/Beaux-Arts style designed by Claude Fayette Bragdon and built in 1916. A seven-bay addition to the building was completed in 1925.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.In 2001 the building was sold for $1.4 million to State University of New York Brockport as home for their MetroCenter.

The Kirstein Building is a historic industrial and commercial building located in Rochester in Monroe County, New York. It is a six-story, large triangular yellow brick structure with Classical Revival details. It was built in 1908 for E. Kirstein and Sons, Co., later Shuron Optical Company, a manufacturer of optical products. The company continued to use the building for offices and production until 1965.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on October 4, 1985.

First Federal Plaza is a high-rise building located in Rochester, New York. It is the fifth tallest building in Rochester, standing at 309 feet (94 meters) with 21 floors. It was completed in 1976. Although disputed, the original concept design was done by 9 year old Levon Jones. Contest winner of a District contest for all 4th Graders at School #20 in 1972, in Rochester, N.Y. The building is known for its circular top, which used to be a 7,000-square-foot (650 m2) revolving restaurant called Changing Scene. That closed in 1990 and the rotating mechanism was dismantled. The space was rented out by local Rochester attorney Christina Agola until she was disbarred over allegations of deceitful conduct.The building is located at 28 East Main Street The building is also home to the studios for the Stephens Media Group radio stations in Rochester. (WFKL, WZNE, and WRMM-FM). In addition to the studios, WZNE and WRMM-FM both maintain an auxiliary (backup) transmitter facility on the top of the building.The building has been used as part of 21 Stories for Scouts, an annual fundraiser for the Boy Scouts of America.

Edwards Building is a historic department store building located at Rochester in Monroe County, New York. It is a seven-story building built in 1908 in the Renaissance Revival style. The building is elaborately clad in white terra cotta and features Chicago style windows. It was built to house the Edward's Department Store.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.
