St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church and Rectory was a historic Roman Catholic church and rectory located at 108 Franklin Street, Rochester in Monroe County, New York. The complex was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975. The structure's shell has been preserved as monument after a disastrous fire.

H. C. Cohn Company Building–Andrews Building is a historic industrial and commercial building located at Rochester in Monroe County, New York. It is a five-story masonry structure built in 1889 for the H. C. Cohn Company, a manufacturer of men's neckwear and silk ties. It housed the successor of H.C. Cohn Company, Superba Cravats, until 1983. The Andrews Street facade is detailed with Medina sandstone and corbelled brick in Romanesque Revival style. A two-story brick masonry addition was completed about 1955.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

German United Evangelical Church Complex, also known as Salem Evangelical Church (1921), Salem Evangelical and Reformed Church (1943), and Salem United Church of Christ (1957), is a historic Evangelical and Reformed church complex located at Rochester in Monroe County, New York. The complex includes the original church structure (1874) with attached wing (1895) and the later parish house and church school (1923).It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.

Our Lady of Victory Roman Catholic Church, also known as Our Lady of Victory / St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, is a historic Roman Catholic church located at Rochester in Monroe County, New York. It was designed by noted Rochester architect Andrew Jackson Warner and is a French Romanesque Revival style brick cruciform plan church built in 1868. It features two slender towers with concave roofs, a recessed entrance inside a single-story protruding section, and a semi-circular stained-glass window.: 14, 56, 58 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.

H. H. Warner Building is a historic office building located at Rochester in Monroe County, New York. It is a large, seven-story commercial building built in 1883–1884. It is constructed of load-bearing brick walls, a cast-iron vault, timber framework, and a cast-iron facade on St. Paul St. Originally built to house a patent medicine laboratory and warehouse, it now houses retail and apartments. The building has a Venetian Gothic style.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

Sibley's, Lindsay and Curr Building is a historic commercial building located at Rochester in Monroe County, New York. It was designed by noted Rochester architect J. Foster Warner and built for Sibley's in 1904. The original wing of the building was constructed in 1906 as a five-story, Chicago school style skeletal steel building sheathed in brown Roman brick with deeply set Chicago style windows, topped by a clock tower with Baroque and Renaissance style details. Additions were made to the building in 1911 and 1924, including a 12-story tower section.: 74–75, 78–79 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2014.

It was a house of light entertainment, first as an exhibition space for curiosities and sensational presentations, later a vaudeville and burlesque house. Some of the earliest motion pictures shown in Rochester were presented there. The 1900 Plat Map of Rochester shows it as 234 East Main Street (not West Main street); a building 67 feet wide and 120 feet deep

Rochester Savings Bank is a historic bank building located at Rochester in Monroe County, New York. It is a four-story, V-shaped structure, sheathed in Kato stone from Minnesota. It was designed by McKim, Mead and White and built in 1927 to house the Rochester Savings Bank. The building's banking room interior features murals painted by noted artist Ezra Winter.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1972.In 2011, the building was acquired by a group called Rochester Historic Ventures, which then set out to seek occupants that would allow the building to return to public use.In October 2012, Rochester Institute of Technology announced the creation of a Center for Urban Entrepreneurship, to be housed in the Rochester Savings Bank building. The university plans to ultimately spend $3–5 million on renovations, eventually resulting in a multidisciplinary center and multiuse venue for RIT students.In 2016 after a lengthy renovation of the building Center for Urban Entrepreneurship by RIT opened in the building.

Edwards Building is a historic department store building located at Rochester in Monroe County, New York. It is a seven-story building built in 1908 in the Renaissance Revival style. The building is elaborately clad in white terra cotta and features Chicago style windows. It was built to house the Edward's Department Store.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.
