Delta High School (Muncie, Indiana)

Hamilton Township Schoolhouse No. 4, also known as the Brady House, is a historic school building located at Hamilton Township, Delaware County, Indiana. It was built in 1897, and is a 1+1⁄2-story, three-bay, brick building with a gable roof. It rests on a raised stone foundation, has a square bell tower above the entrance, and two brick chimneys. The school was abandoned in 1899 and converted to a residence between 1917 and 1919.: 2 It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

Muncie Mall is an enclosed shopping mall in Muncie, Indiana. Opened in 1970, it was developed by Melvin Simon & Associates, now known as Simon Property Group. The mall's original anchor stores were W. T. Grant, Britt's, Sears, and Ball Stores. In 2020 the mall had no anchor stores, although it continued to have over 30 inline tenants. Its anchor stores as they closed were JCPenney, Macy's, Carson's, and Sears. In 2021 the former Macy's building was bought by a discount store called Buyers Market. The mall is owned and managed by the Woodmont Company.

The district developed between about 1890 and 1930, and includes notable examples of Queen Anne, American Foursquare, and Bungalow / American Craftsman style architecture. Notable contributing resources include the equestrian sculpture and landscape ensemble "Appeal to the Great Spirit" by Cyrus Edwin Dallin (1929), Roy Thomas House (1922-1923), Burt Whiteley House (1892), and the first Delaware County Children's Home building (c. 1890).It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

Muncie developed as a manufacturing and industrial center, especially after the Indiana gas boom of the 1880s. It is home to Ball State University. As a result of the Middletown studies, sociological research that was first conducted in the 1920s, Muncie is said to be one of the most studied United States cities of its size.

Minnetrista Boulevard Historic District is a national historic district in the city of Muncie, in Delaware County, East Central Indiana. It is located along the northeast side of Minnetrista Boulevard and the north bank of the White River, about a mile north of downtown Muncie.

The Cincinnati, Richmond & Muncie Depot (also known as the Wysor Street Depot) is a restored train station in Muncie, Indiana, United States. Built in 1901, it was acquired by the Chesapeake and Ohio Railway in 1910. The station was used for passenger train service throughout the 20th century and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1997. It is currently used as a visitor center and office for the adjacent Cardinal Greenway.
