Makers UPV is a non-profit community of students from the Universitat Politècnica of València (Valencia, Spain) founded in April 2013, whose objective is to enhance the learning experience of students by adding a practical approach based on "experiential learning", Do it yourself and the Maker Culture. Through projects, competitions and workshops taught by the students with special abilities (they acting as mentors), the community is retrofitted and grows. The community has gained international attention through their success in competitions, being awarded "Top Hyperloop Design Concept" and "Best Propulsion Subsystem" with project Hyperloop UPV at Hyperloop Pod Competition ( SpaceX, 2016), "Top People's Choice" with project NextVision (2014) at NASA International Space Apps Challenge as well as "Global Top 5 Best Use of Hardware" with project GoSat (2015) and Mars UPV (2016) among others.

Colegio Guadalaviar is an international school in Valencia, Spain. Includes the educational stages from 3 years to high school (3 to 18 years). It was founded in 1959 by a group of parents inspired by saint Josemaría Escrivá he school is regarded as one of the best schools in Comunidad Valenciana. The curriculum includes Dual Baccalaureate . His educational project is based on personalized attention, multilingualism, innovation and collaboration with families.

The University of Valencia (Valencian: Universitat de València [univeɾsiˈtad de vaˈlensia]; also known by the acronym UV) is a university located in the Spanish city of Valencia. It is one of the oldest surviving universities in Spain, and the oldest in the Valencian Community, and is regarded as one of Spain's leading academic institutions. The University was founded in 1499, and currently has around 55,000 students. Most of the courses are given through the medium of Spanish, but the university has promised to increase the number of courses available in Valencian. Moreover, in some degrees part of the teaching is in English. It is located in the Mediterranean Spanish baseline, in the city of Valencia which is the capital and most populous city of the autonomous community of Valencia and the third largest city in Spain, with a population of 829,705 in 2014. One of its campuses is located in the metropolitan area of Valencia, in the municipalities of Burjassot and Paterna. The current chancellor is Esteban Morcillo Sánchez.

The Avenida de Blasco Ibañez is an avenue in the Spanish city of Valencia named after Spanish writer and journalist Vicente Blasco Ibáñez (1867 – 1928), who was originally from Valencia. The Avenida leads from the Jardines del Real in the west to the Poblats Marítims in the east. Plans to extend the Avenida to the sea have existed for a long time, but have not been realized.

El Cabanyal (Cabanyal-Canyamelar) is a neighbourhood in the city of Valencia which is part of the sea village. It is located in the eastern part of the city, very near to La Malvarrosa, Valencia's main beach. In 2020, The Guardian classes El Cabanyal as the third coolest neighbourhood in Europe.

Marítim is a metro station of the Metrovalencia network in Valencia, Spain, and is the terminus of Lines 5, 6, 7, and 8. It was opened on April 3, 2007, as an extension of Line 5 to connect with the existing surface tram lines to the east. This occurs via an underground cross-platform transfer on one of two island platforms. The southernmost platform is not in revenue use and does not have cross-platform fare gates. The station is located in a wide median space of Carrer Jeroni de Montsoriu. At the east end of the station, the tram tracks ramp up to street level and follow Carrer de Francesc Cubells. When the station was originally opened, it had the name "Marítim-Serrería" and served only Line 5 (metro and tram). However, when many stations across Metrovalencia were being renamed with the opening of Line 10 in 2022, the name was changed to only "Marítim".

Benimaclet (Valencian pronunciation: [benimaˈklet]) is a former village which is now part of the city of Valencia, Spain. The placename is of Arabic origin dating from Moorish times (Arabic بني مخلد, banī Maḫlad, "sons of Majlad"). It is located in the north east of the city and borders the districts of Orriols in the west, Alboraia in the north, the University of Valencia district in the East and the Primat Reig area in the south. Benimaclet is, by extension, the name of the postal district 46020 of the city of Valencia. This postal district unites the district with the recently urbanised neighbouring areas such as the Polytechnic University of Valencia district, which is known locally as camí de Vera. Extensive building in the last 30 years has meant that the final parts of the rural area known as l'horta have vanished in Benimaclet in recent years.

Alboraya (Spanish: [alβoˈɾaʝa]) or Alboraia (Valencian: [alβoˈɾaja]) is a town and municipality of the province of Valencia, Spain. It is situated very close to the city of Valencia. Originally a farming community, Alboraya has grown in recent decades following the development of the metropolitan area of Valencia. Better transport connections, including two stations on the Valencia metro system : Alboraya-Palmaret and Alboraya-Peris Aragó), urban exodus from the Valencia, and foreign immigration have increased the population from 11,267 in 1986, to an estimated 24,741 individuals in 2020. Of these, 58.84% declared themselves to be Valencian speakers. In 1994, 45.8% worked in the service sector, 33% in industry, 16.7% in agriculture, and 3.60% in construction. In the May 2011 elections, the People's Party (PP) lost their absolute majority, as they fell from 11 to 8 council seats. The remaining seats were won by the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party (PSOE) (5), Unión Popular de Alboraya (3), Coalició Compromís (3) and Ciudadanos por Alboraya (Citizens for Alboraya) (2) Subsequently, a coalition of everyone but the PP was formed, with Miguel Chavarria becoming the first PSOE Mayor since 1999.Traditional crops are based on irrigated, intensive farming. Especially important are the tiger nuts (Spanish: chufas, Valencian: xufes), which are used to produce the world famous horchata, a popular refreshment. The town has many orxateries (bars) in which to relax and chill out while having an horchata in the hot Valencian summers.

The Conservatorio Municipal “José Iturbi” de Valencia is a music college in Valencia, Spain. The school has its roots in an 1869 initiative which provided organized musical education in the city of Valencia for the first time; with teachers providing instruction in their own homes rather than at a particular facility. These teachers eventually formed the school's first faculty when the conservatory opened its doors in 1879 as the "Conservatorio Municipal de Valencia". The school changed to its present name in 1979 in honor of the conductor and pianist José Iturbi.

The Palau de la Música de València is a concert, cinema, arts, and exhibition hall in València situated on the Riu Túria. It is the home of the city's municipal orchestra, the Orchestra of Valencia founded 1943. (not to be confused with the Orquestra de la Comunitat Valenciana founded 2006).

The Palacio de Ripalda was a building (now defunct) of Eclectic style designed in 1889 by Spanish architect Joaquín María Arnau Miramón in the Spanish city of Valencia.
