Bremen Airport (German: Flughafen Bremen, IATA: BRE, ICAO: EDDW) is the international airport of the city and state of Bremen in Northern Germany. It is located 3.5 km (2.2 mi) south of the city and handled 630,000 passengers in 2022. It mainly features flights to European metropolitan and leisure destinations.

The Consular Agency of the United States in Bremen, also referred to as Consular Agency Bremen, was one of the American diplomatic missions to Germany until 2018. The unit offered limited services for U.S. citizens in areas including Bremen, Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein, and Lower Saxony. Despite that, services such as the issuing of visas or emergency passports were not provided, but can be obtained only from the U.S. Embassy in Berlin, the Consulate General in Frankfurt or Munich.

Bremen Neustadt (German: Bahnhof Bremen Neustadt) is a railway station located in Bremen, Germany. The station is located on the Oldenburg–Bremen railway. The train services are operated by NordWestBahn. The station has been part of the Bremen S-Bahn since December 2010.

Stuhr is a municipality in the district of Diepholz, in Lower Saxony, Germany. It is situated approximately 7 km southwest of Bremen. The biggest cities in Stuhr are Brinkum, Fahrenhorst, Groß Mackenstedt, Heiligenrode (Neukrug), Moordeich, Seckenhausen, Stuhr and Varrel. The most populous of these is Brinkum.

The Teerhof is a peninsula between the River Weser and the Kleine Weser, opposite the city centre of Bremen, Germany. It was first mentioned in 1624 as "Theerhof" when it was the northernmost part of an island. Today it consists mainly of residential buildings and the Weserburg modern art museum.

The Weserburg is a modern art museum in Bremen, Germany. Opened in 1991, it is located on the Teerhof peninsula next to the River Weser in an old factory building which was almost completely destroyed in the Second World War. Originally known as "New Museum Weserburg Bremen" (Neues Museum Weserburg Bremen), it was Europe's first "collectors' museum", in that it conserves no permanent collection but mounts changing exhibition of private collections. It is one of the largest modern art museum spaces in Germany.

The Weser Tower is a multistorey building in Bremen, designed by the American architect of German origin Helmut Jahn. The laying of the foundation was on 23 October 2007. The Tower of 82 metres height is the tallest office building of Bremen and was completed in 2010. The 22 floors of the building have a surface of 18,000 square metres and thus place for 800 jobs. Among this large-scale project rank also a new hotel, a Varieté theatre, restaurants and further office buildings. Principal tenant are subsidiary companies of the power supplier EWE AG, which takes over all together 13 floors of the building.

Until 1968 the Kleine Weser and the Werdersee were part of the river Weser in Bremen, Germany.

The Schlachte is a promenade along the east bank of the River Weser in the old town of Bremen in the north of Germany. Once one of the city's harbours, it is now popular for its restaurants, beer gardens and river boats.

The Schlachte Cranes were important to the port of Bremen as they enabled heavy loads to be moved off boats on the River Weser. The Schlachte became an important harbour for the city after silting prevented the use of the Balge as a harbour. Today, only the foundations of a 19th-century crane remain on the Weser waterfront.

The Maritime Rescue Coordination Centre Bremen (Deutsch: Seenotleitstelle Bremen) is responsible for coordinating air-sea rescue for the German sea-area of North Sea and Baltic Sea. It covers a shoreline of 3.660 km length and is owned and operated by German Maritime Search and Rescue Service at their headquarters in the Hanseatic City of Bremen. The MRCC works along with the Central Command for Maritime Emergencies (CCME) in Cuxhaven. The center receives emergency calls and coordinates search and rescue activities in its area of responsibility. It also leads and coordinates about 60 German SAR-boats, run by the search and rescue service. Maritime Rescue Coordination Centre Bremen runs Bremen Rescue Radio (Call: „Bremen Rescue“), which listens on VHF channels 16 and 70 (Digital Selective Call), as well on shortwave 2187,5 kHz, DSC.After the omission of the regular coastal radio stations it was necessary within the framework of the Global Maritime Distress and Safety System to have a station for the German sea areas A1 and A2. The Danish Lyngby Radio covers sea area A2 by medium frequencies, while Bremen Rescue Radio covers sea area A1 for the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, operating at VHF with a network of repeater along the coastline. The official handover of coastal radio service took place on January 12, 1999.

The St. Martin's Church (German: St. Martini) is a Protestant Lutheran and Reformed church in the old town of Bremen. It is located near the Weser river and is one of the oldest churches in the city.
