Vine is an unincorporated community in Wilson County, 12.9 miles (20.7 km) south of Lebanon in the U.S. state of Tennessee. It is located along U.S. Route 231, SR 10, and SR 452. Boundaries for the community are imprecise but typically considered to be the communities of Gladeville to the west, Vesta to the north, Norene to the east, and Silver Hill to the south in Rutherford County. It shares the assigned zip code of 37090 with the rest of southern Wilson County.

Spring Creek Presbyterian Church is a historic Presbyterian church in Doaks Crossroads, Tennessee. The building features Greek Revival, Colonial Revival architecture and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2000.

Wilson Central High School is part of the Wilson County School System, and is located in Lebanon, Tennessee. It serves: portions of Lebanon, all of Rural Hill, all of Gladeville, and portions of Mount Juliet south of Interstate 40.

Nashville Superspeedway is a motor racing complex located in Gladeville, Tennessee (though the track has a Lebanon postal address), about 20 miles (32 km) southeast of Nashville. The track was built in 2001 and is currently hosting the Ally 400, a NASCAR Cup Series regular season event, the Tennessee Lottery 250, and the Rackley Roofing 200.It is a concrete oval track 11⁄3 miles (2.145 km) long. Nashville Superspeedway is owned by Speedway Motorsports, which acquired the track’s previous owner Dover Motorsports in December 2021. Nashville Superspeedway is the longest concrete oval in NASCAR. Permanent seating capacity was approximately 25,000, but was expanded to reach up to 38,000 beginning with the inaugural NASCAR Cup Series event in 2021. Additional portable seats are brought in for some events, and seating capacity can be expanded to 150,000. When the track was constructed infrastructure was put in place to expand the facility to include a short track, drag strip, and road course. However these plans never evolved and in 2021 the land was sold and warehouses were constructed on the site.

Cainsville is an unincorporated community in Wilson County, in the U.S. state of Tennessee.

Gladeville is an unincorporated community in Wilson County, Tennessee. The community is named for the surrounding cedar glades— a unique type of ecosystem that thrives in the thin or barren soil of south Wilson County. Gladeville is located just off Interstate 840 along Stewarts Ferry Pike, approximately 10 miles (16 km) southeast of Mt. Juliet. Gladeville was founded in 1852 on land of Benjamin Hooker Jr. and grew steadily for several years, although the outbreak of the Civil War slowed its growth. The post office was established in 1855 with John M. Bland as the first postmaster. Notable Gladeville natives include Grand Ole Opry fiddler Sid Harkreader (1898–1988). The community is home to the Nashville Superspeedway. Gladeville was formerly a regional softball hub in the 1980s and 1990s with many large tournaments being held in the spring and summer months. However, in the early 2000s a significant decrease in activity occurred and by the mid 2000s, activity ceased completely. The softball field has been used for various youth teams since, and is currently utilized by the Diamond Dawgs, which boasts 11U and 12U AAA traveling competitive baseball teams. Gladeville has a small downtown area at the intersection of Gladeville Road & Stewarts Ferry Pike that features several restaurants and businesses. The community was struck by an EF-1 tornado on the afternoon of November 18, 2017.

Lebanon Municipal Airport (FAA LID: M54) is a city-owned public-use airport located two nautical miles (4 km) southwest of the central business district of Lebanon, a city in Wilson County, Tennessee, United States. This airport is included in the National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2011–2015, which categorized it as a general aviation airport.

Cedar Grove Cemetery is a historic cemetery located in Lebanon, Tennessee, and owned by the city government. The land was purchased by the City of Lebanon in 1846. However, the first mention of a city cemetery was in the year 1823. Prior to this location, the cemetery was situated on the parcel of land that held the College Street Church of Christ (which now has been converted into Wilson County Offices). Cedar Grove Cemetery has grown to contain approximately 34.6 acres (140,000 m2), of which 11 acres (45,000 m2) remain undeveloped as of 2007.Many of the early leaders of Middle Tennessee and Cumberland University are buried here, including some 130 Confederate war dead and veterans. U.S. Representatives Robert Allen, Robert L. Caruthers, Edward Isaac Golladay, Robert Hatton, and Haywood Yancey Riddle are buried there, as is former Tennessee Governor William Bowen Campbell.
