Cedar Grove Cemetery is a historic cemetery located in Lebanon, Tennessee, and owned by the city government. The land was purchased by the City of Lebanon in 1846. However, the first mention of a city cemetery was in the year 1823. Prior to this location, the cemetery was situated on the parcel of land that held the College Street Church of Christ (which now has been converted into Wilson County Offices). Cedar Grove Cemetery has grown to contain approximately 34.6 acres (140,000 m2), of which 11 acres (45,000 m2) remain undeveloped as of 2007.Many of the early leaders of Middle Tennessee and Cumberland University are buried here, including some 130 Confederate war dead and veterans. U.S. Representatives Robert Allen, Robert L. Caruthers, Edward Isaac Golladay, Robert Hatton, and Haywood Yancey Riddle are buried there, as is former Tennessee Governor William Bowen Campbell.

Lebanon Municipal Airport (FAA LID: M54) is a city-owned public-use airport located two nautical miles (4 km) southwest of the central business district of Lebanon, a city in Wilson County, Tennessee, United States. This airport is included in the National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2011–2015, which categorized it as a general aviation airport.

Cumberland University is a private university in Lebanon, Tennessee. It was founded in 1842. The campus's current historic buildings were constructed between 1892 and 1896.

Wilson County Schools (WCS) is a K–12 school district in Wilson County, Tennessee, United States. The district enrolls nearly 20,000 students and over 1,100 teachers at ten elementary schools, three K-8 schools, four middle schools, and five high schools. Students who live within the K–8 Lebanon Special School District (LSSD) automatically transition to Lebanon High School in Wilson County Schools after completing their eighth-grade year. Wilson County Schools is the ninth largest school district in the state.

The Fite-Fessenden House is a historic house in Lebanon, Tennessee, U.S.. It is now home to the Wilson County Museum.

The I.W.P. Buchanan House is a historic house in Lebanon, Tennessee, United States. It was built circa 1894 for Isaac William Pleasant Buchanan, whose father, Dr. Andrew H. Buchanan, was the chair of the Department of Mathematics at Cumberland University. Buchanan himself taught Mathematics at Lincoln College in Illinois and co-founded the Castle Heights Military Academy in Lebanon, where he also taught Mathematics. The house was designed by architect George Franklin Barber in the Queen Anne style. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since January 8, 1979.

The Lebanon Commercial Historic District in Lebanon, Tennessee is a 10-acre (4.0 ha) historic district centered on the city's public square. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999. In 1999 it included 43 contributing buildings and one other contributing structure.The district is built on the Philadelphia Square Plan and is considered an excellent example of a commercial district from the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

The Lebanon Woolen Mills are historic industrial buildings in Lebanon, Tennessee, U.S. They were built in 1909 by Dr Howard K. Edgerton. The facility was inherited by John Edgerton, who served as its president from 1914 to 1938. Edgerton was vehemently opposed to labor unions, and strongly in favor of open shops. The facility closed down in 1998.The buildings were designed by Francis B. Warfield & Associates in the Colonial Revival architectural style. They have been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since July 12, 2007.

Lebanon is the county seat of Wilson County, Tennessee, United States. The population was 38,431 at the 2020 census. Lebanon is located in Middle Tennessee, approximately 25 miles (40 km) east of downtown Nashville. Lebanon is part of the Nashville Metropolitan Statistical Area.

WCOR is an AM radio station broadcasting in the eastern portion of the Nashville, Tennessee, market with a power of 1,000 watts. In its early years, WCOR functioned as a community-oriented station aimed primarily at residents of Wilson County, Tennessee. (It is licensed to the county seat of Wilson County, Lebanon). After this format became untenable in the 1980s (as it did for many small-town radio stations, particularly those located adjacent to major and mid-major markets), the station, after going dark for a period, resumed operation, marketing itself to particularly the eastern portion of the wider Nashville market. The majority of its programming now consists of a simulcast of its FM sister station, WANT, but some separate sports programming is also carried associated with Lebanon's Cumberland University. In fall 2005, the station moved from 900 kHz, where it had spent nearly 60 years, to a newly licensed frequency of 1490 kHz. The station is an affiliate of the Tennessee Titans radio network.
