Langland Bay Golf Club

Caswell Bay (Welsh: Bae Cas-wellt; meaning: straw fortress), is a beach on the south east of the Gower Peninsula, Swansea, Wales. It is a sandy beach popular with families, holiday makers and surfers, and it regularly achieves Blue Flag status.

Bishop's Wood (Welsh: Coed yr Esgob) is a nature reserve in the Gower Peninsula, south Wales. The area consists of 46 acres (19 hectares) of limestone woodland and grassland. Part of the wood is classified as ancient woodland. The 1673 survey of Bishopston Manor indicates that it has been wooded since at least the seventeenth century. It was designated a Local Nature Reserve (LNR) in 1975, a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) in 2003 and Special Area of Conservation (SAC) in 2004.

Brandy Cove (Welsh: Bae gîl) is a very small beach in the Gower Peninsula, south Wales, that is much less accessible than Caswell Bay immediately to the east. It is set at the end of a valley from Bishopston village. It is reachable by footpath from Bishopston or from Caswell Bay over some steep cliffs. The bay gets its name from stories of smugglers using the bay to unload their illegal tobacco and alcohol goods during the eighteenth century. The sandy stretches of the beach are only exposed at low tide. It is a Pleistocene raised beach where the surrounding geography shows evidence that the sea level was once thirty feet higher than it is today. The beach has a couple of legends of the supernatural associated with it. One is about a witch who lived in the caves near the beach. The other story is connected to a chilling real life murder that took place near the beach in 1919. Nearby villagers claimed that they could hear screams coming from the caves near the beach at night.

Newton is a village (and former electoral ward) in the city of and County of Swansea, Wales. The village is located near the Mumbles just inland and uphill from Swansea Bay. The Newton ward was a part of the Mumbles community. The sandy beaches of Langland Bay and Caswell Bay are located to the far south of the area.

Bishopston (Welsh: Llandeilo Ferwallt, historically also Llanmerwallt and Llancyngur Trosgardi) is a large village and community situated on the Gower Peninsula, 6 miles (9.7 km) west south west of the centre of Swansea in South Wales. It is partly within the Gower Peninsula Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). The church, located at the head of Bishopston Valley, is dedicated to St Teilo who gives the village its Welsh name. Bishopston gives its name to the Bishopston Mudstone, a name used by geologists to refer to a rock formation with a widespread occurrence in south Wales.

Oystermouth Cemetery (Welsh: Mynwentydd Ystumllwynarth) is a municipal cemetery in the village of Oystermouth, Swansea, South Wales. It was opened in 1883 and remains in use today, run by the Cemeteries and Crematorium Division of the City and County of Swansea. It has 14,162 grave spaces. The cemetery contains the Commonwealth war graves of 83 service personnel, 28 from World War I and 55 from World War II.The cemetery offers "woodland burial ground" as an alternative to traditional burial or cremation, the first of its kind in south-west Wales.

Pwlldu Bay or Pwll Du Bay (Welsh: Bae Pwll Du) is a small beach on the south Gower Peninsula coast in south Wales. It is one of the more remote beaches and is not easily accessible by car, but there are several good footpaths leading to it. There is a nearby gully called Grave's End marked by a circle of limestone rocks. A number of people from a shipwreck that was found on the bay were buried in this gully. The ship was the Caesar which was wrecked on the beach on 28 November 1760. Pwlldu means "Black Pool" in Welsh

Bishopston Comprehensive School (Welsh: Ysgol Gyfun Llandeilo Ferwallt) is a comprehensive school in Bishopston, Swansea, Wales. It provides education to GCSE level, and has an enrollment as of September 2023 of 1,109 pupils and a total of 1,112 pupils. It was founded in 1976, in The Glebe, Bishopston, in the Gower Peninsula. The school is adjacent to the Bishopston Sports Centre (Welsh: Canolfan Chwaraeon Llandeilo Ferwallt) and Bishopston Primary School (Welsh: Ysgol Gynradd Llandeilo Ferwallt).

Clyne Common (Welsh: Comin Clun) is a lowland area of common land in the Gower Peninsula, Wales. Clyne Common is the easternmost of a set of commons that includes Fairwood Common, Forest Common, Pengwern Common, and Welsh Moor. This group comprise a belt of land lying across the south western edge of the coalfield deposits in Swansea which were left in an unenclosed state when adjacent field systems were laid out. Some of the land has been used as a golf course since the early 20th century. The Clyne Golf Club was formed in 1920, and the course was designed by golf architects Messrs Harry Colt and Harries. The golf course consists of two loops of nine holes, forming a figure of eight.

Rotherslade is a small stretch of sandy beach at the eastern end of Langland Bay in the south Gower Peninsula, Wales. Previously known as 'Little Langland', it only exists as a separate beach at high tide. At low tide it is continuous with Langland Bay.

Oystermouth (Welsh: Ystumllwynarth) is a village (and former electoral ward) in the district of Mumbles, Swansea, Wales. It is part of the Mumbles community (civil parish).

West Cross is the name of an electoral ward in the Mumbles community and a suburb in the City and County of Swansea, Wales, UK. The ward falls within the Mumbles community. The electoral ward consists of some or all of the following areas: Manselfield, Norton, West Cross, Mumbles and Newton, in the parliamentary constituency of Gower. It is bordered by the wards of Mayals to the north; Swansea Bay to the east; Oystermouth and Newton to the south; and Bishopston to the west.
