Plimpton–Winter House

Wrentham ( REN-thəm) is a town in Norfolk County, Massachusetts, United States. The population was 12,178 at the 2020 census.

The Roebuck Tavern is a historic tavern at 21 Dedham Street in Wrentham, Massachusetts. The two-story Federal style structure was built in 1795 by David Fisher, whose family was one of the earliest to settle the area in the 17th century. Fisher operated a tavern, which would have been successful, as Wrentham was then a stop on the stagecoach route between Boston and Providence, Rhode Island. The building remained in the Fisher family until 1910.The tavern was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

The Original Congregational Church of Wrentham is a historic church in Wrentham, Massachusetts. The present church is a Greek Revival structure built in 1834 for a congregation (Wrentham's first) formed in 1692. The church, which occupies a prominent position in the center of Wrentham, has a four-stage tower (rebuilt after the New England Hurricane of 1938), and a tetrastyle Doric portico. The building underwent a modernizing renovation in 1878, at which time many of the windows were modified to have rounded tops; many of these changes were reversed during renovations in the 1950s.The church building was listed the National Register of Historic Places in 2014.The early church records burned in the house of its first minister, Samuel Man, on October 26, 1699.

King Philip Regional High School is a regional high school in Wrentham, Massachusetts, United States drawing students from three towns: Wrentham, Norfolk, and Plainville.

The Wrentham Developmental Center, formerly Wrentham State School, is a historic state-run medical facility for the treatment of psychiatric and developmental disorders. It is located on a large campus at the junction of Emerald and North Streets in Wrentham, Massachusetts. The school was authorized by the state in 1906, and the first phase of the campus was developed between 1909 and 1917. The school opened in 1910. The school had a typical patient population of 1,200-1,300 during the 1920s. The name was changed in the 1990s. The school campus was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1994.

The Wrentham Village Premium Outlets is an open-air outlet power center owned by the Simon Property Group. It is located off I-495 and Route 1A in Wrentham, Massachusetts. The facility opened in 1997, and was expanded in 1998, 1999, and 2000. With 616,000 sq ft (57,200 m2) and 170 retailers, it has been credited as the reason for the downfall of the nearby, smaller Worcester Common Outlets, which closed in 2006, as well as the Cape Cod Factory Outlet Mall, which closed in 2011. In September 2018, the Simon Property Group began a multiphase and multimillion-dollar renovation of the center.

WDIS (1170 AM) was a radio station licensed to Norfolk, Massachusetts. It served the suburban communities south of Boston and north of Providence, Rhode Island. It had a daytime-only 1,000-watt signal that reached as far west as Worcester, Massachusetts, giving it a coverage area of almost a half-million people. As of June 13, 2014, WDIS was silent. The FCC cancelled the license and deleted the call sign for WDIS on October 13, 2015.

Pondville Cemetery, located on Everett Street, is one of the two oldest cemeteries in Norfolk, Massachusetts. It was established c. 1757, when Norfolk was still part of Wrentham, and now abuts the town line of the two communities. Its address is just inside Wrentham's town limits. It was established to serve the residents of the Pondville village, which was first settled in the 1730s. The cemetery is laid out on a series of terraces that rise from Everett Street to the west, with the oldest graves in the southwest corner, near the Wrentham line. The oldest stones date to the early 19th century, and one of the most prominent markers is the c.1877 Victorian memorial to Captain Abijah Pond, an American Revolutionary War veteran.The cemetery was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2014.

Plainridge Park Casino is a harness racing track and slot machine parlor in Plainville, Massachusetts. It is owned by Gaming and Leisure Properties and operated by Penn Entertainment. It opened in 1999 as Plainridge Racecource, changing to its present name in 2015 when it became a racino.

Stony Brook Wildlife Sanctuary is a wildlife sanctuary in Norfolk, Massachusetts. It is among a network of sanctuaries with the Massachusetts Audubon Society. The 104-acre sanctuary is adjacent to the 140-acre Bristol Blake State Reservation. Both areas are managed by the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR). A 1 mile (1.6 km) trail starts around by encircling Stony Pond and ends by a waterfall at the site of a former mill. The trail is wheelchair accessible and includes a 525-foot long boardwalk, installed in 2017, that allows visitors to view birds, wildlife, and the wetland habitat over Teal Marsh and Kingfisher Pond. Wildlife found there includes turtles, ducks, geese, great blue herons, and muskrats. The sanctuary also has natural history exhibits, programming space, a gift shop, nature play area, a picnic area, and a butterfly garden.

F. Gilbert Hills State Forest (previously known as Foxboro State Forest) is a 1,027-acre (416 ha), pine and oak Massachusetts state forest located in the towns of Foxborough and Wrentham. The forest, which is managed by the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR), was named for a former State Forester and employee.F. Gilbert Hills State Forest is adjacent to the Harold B. Clark Town Forest to its north, and is connected to Wrentham State Forest to its west. The "minimally developed" Franklin and Wrentham state forests are managed in conjunction with the Gilbert Hills property.Contained on state forest land are some unique stone structures that some believe were made and used by the native Algonquin tribes prior to the town's founding.
