Dura (Arabic: دورا) is a Palestinian city located eleven kilometers southwest of Hebron, in the southern West Bank, in the Hebron Governorate of the State of Palestine. According to the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics, the town had a population of 39,336 in 2017. The current mayor is Ahmad Salhoub. In 1517, Dura was incorporated into the Ottoman Empire with the rest of Syria. In the late Ottoman and early Mandatory periods, Dura was the only permanent settlement in the southeastern ridge of the central highlands. Starting as a village and evolving into a town, it sprawled across large territories, becoming a center for influential families, collectively referred to as Abu-Darham.After the British Mandate, in the wake of the 1948 Arab–Israeli War, Dura came under Jordanian rule. Dura was established as a municipality on January 1, 1967, five months before it came under Israeli occupation after the Six-Day War. Since 1995, it has been governed by the Palestinian National Authority, as part of Area A of the West Bank and as part of the Hebron Governorate of the State of Palestine.

Dura International Stadium (Arabic: ملعب دورا الدولي) is a football stadium in the city of Dura in the Hebron Governorate of Palestine. It was opened in 1965 and was renovated in 1999 and 2011. It has a capacity of 18,000 and the surface is artificial turf. In February 2018 the stadium was named after Houari Boumédiène, the second president of Algeria and a supporter of Palestinian President Yasser Arafat. In November 2019 the world's largest keffiyeh, measuring 3,000 square meters was unveiled at the stadium in honor of the late President Arafat.

Adora (Hebrew: אֲדוֹרָה) is an Israeli settlement organised as a community settlement in the Judean Mountains in the southern West Bank, northwest of Hebron. Established in 1984, the community ideologically identifies with the Herut–Betar farming organization and falls under the jurisdiction of Har Hevron Regional Council. Under the terms of the Oslo Accords of 1993 between Israel and the Palestine Liberation Organization, Adora was designated Area "C" under full Israeli civil and security control. In 2021 its population was 474. The international community considers Israeli settlements in the West Bank illegal under international law, but the Israeli government disputes this.

Taffuh (Arabic: تفّوح) (lit. fragrance) is a Palestinian town located eight kilometers west of Hebron.The town is in the Hebron Governorate in the southern West Bank. According to the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics, the town had a population of 15,800 in 2017.

Telem (Hebrew: תֶּלֶם) is an Israeli settlement in the West Bank. Organized as a communal settlement, it is located in the southern Judean Hills region, west of Kiryat Arba, it falls under the jurisdiction of Har Hevron Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 520. The international community considers Israeli settlements in the West Bank illegal under international law, but the Israeli government disputes this.

Tarrama (Arabic: طرّامة, also known as Khirbet al-Tarramah) is a Palestinian village situated on a hilltop with an elevation of 879 meters (2,884 ft) in the southern West Bank, part of the Hebron Governorate. Located just south of Dura, nearby localities include at-Tabaqa to the north, Fawwar to the east, Khursa to the west, and Deir Razih to the south. The village had a population of 642 in 2017. Its total land area is 210 dunams and the village is provided with electricity and telephone lines.

Nachal Telem (Hebrew: נחל תלם) is a wadi located in the West Bank begins in the western part of the Judaean Mountains and goes westwards. The official Israeli name of the wadi is "Nachal Natziv" (נחל נציב) but this name is not used in practice. The wadi contains the El Kof Nature Reserve (שמורת יער אל קוף) and the Tor-Safa Cave (מערת טור-צפא) which is the largest of the caves in the western slopes of the Judea mountain. The El Kof Nature Reserve was planted in 1927 during the British mandate by the Department of Government plantings, originally on an area of 1,000 dunams. In 1966 the Forestry Department of the Jordanian government expanded the forest as it extended it with additional 900 dunams.On December 28, 2007 a terrorist attack was carried out in Nahal Telem in which two Jewish tourists were killed.

The 2007 Nahal Telem shooting was a Palestinian militant attack which was carried out on December 28, 2007 in which two Israeli soldiers were killed while they were on vacation, when hiking in the Nahal Telem wadi. One of the assailants was killed in the immediate exchange of fire, and two others later on turned themselves in to the Palestinian Authority, were indicted by the PA, and were sentenced to 15 years in prison each. Two of the attackers belonged to the Fatah, one of them was a soldier in the Palestinian National Security Forces.

Tarqumiyah (Arabic: ترقوميا) is a Palestinian city located 12 kilometers northwest of Hebron, in the southern West Bank, in the Hebron Governorate of the State of Palestine. The city had a population of 19,311 in 2017.

Idna or Idhna (Arabic: إذنا) is a Palestinian town in the southern West Bank, located in the Hebron Governorate of the State of Palestine, 13 kilometers west of Hebron and about one kilometer east of the Green Line. According to the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics, the town had a population of 26,009 inhabitants in 2017.Idna is physically divided into southern and northern parts by the Wadi al-Feranj. Idna's primary source of income is agriculture and the town's total land area is 21,526 dunams (21.5 km2 [8.3 sq mi]), of which 2,809 dunams (2.8 km2 [1.1 sq mi]) are built up area. Idna is governed by a municipal council of thirteen members and six departments.

Hadab al-Fawwar (Arabic: حدب الفوّار, lit. Sparkling Slope) is a Palestinian village located seven kilometers southwest of Hebron. The village is in the Hebron Governorate Southern West Bank. According to the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics, the village had a population of 2,354 in 2017. The primary health care facilities for the village are designated by the Ministry of Health as level 2. It is adjacent to the Palestinian refugee camp of Fawwar.
