Sim Lim Square (Chinese: 森林商業中心, Pinyin: Sēn Lín Shāngyè Zhōngxīn), commonly referred to as SLS, is a large retail complex in Singapore that offers a wide variety of electronic goods and services ranging from DVDs, cameras, phones, video cameras, and computer parts and servicing. Located at 1 Rochor Canal Road, SLS is situated in central Singapore, near historic features such as the Little India district and one of the earliest HDB developments. SLS is accessible via MRT at Rochor MRT station of Downtown line. After several reports of incidents of fraud faced by tourists, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China and Vietnamese newspapers published a warning about purchasing electronics from Sim Lim Square.

LASALLE College of the Arts (informally LASALLE) is a publicly-funded post-secondary arts institution, and a soon-to-be University of the Arts by 2023 in alliance with Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in Singapore. The Abdul Gaffoor Mosque (Malay: Masjid Abdul Gaffoor) is a mosque in Little India, Singapore. It is located at Dunlop Street in the Rochor Planning Area. The mosque was constructed in 1907, and major restoration of the building was completed in 2003. The mosque is currently owned by Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura (MUIS). The mosque is also known by the following variant names: Abdul Gafoor Mosque, Abdul Gafor Mosque, Abdul Gaffor Mosque, Abdul Gaphore Mosque, Abdul Gapore Mosque, Dunlop Street Mosque and Indian Mosque.

The Great Madras, formerly the Grand Madras Hotel, is a boutique hotel in Singapore. Initially a Singapore Improvement Trust block, it became the Grand Madras Hotel in 1990s.

The Verge, formerly Tekka Mall, (Chinese: 德卡廊), was the first and largest modern shopping mall at the Little India precinct in Singapore, being opened in 2003. The Verge had two buildings, the main building and Chill @ The Verge. It was located on the southern part of Little India, with the main building is located at the junction of Serangoon Road and Sungei Road and the Chill @ The Verge is located at the junction of Perak Road and Sungei Road. Both of the buildings were separated by Clive Street and the mall lies opposite of Tekka Centre across Serangoon Road. The complex was demolished in 2017 to make way for redevelopment after 14 years of operation, making it one of the youngest malls in Singapore to shut its doors.

The Indian Heritage Centre (Tamil: இந்திய மரபுடமை நிலையம்) is a cultural centre and museum in Singapore that showcases the culture, heritage and history of Indian Singaporeans. Located at the Campbell Lane thoroughfare in the Little India precinct, the 3,090 square metres (33,300 sq ft) centre was launched on 7 May 2015.The facade's architectural style is influenced by the baoli (or Indian stepwell), to seek an appreciation of the Indian culture.

The Prinsep Street Presbyterian Church (Chinese: 布连拾街长老会磐石堂) is located on Prinsep Street within Singapore's central business district. It is approximately 350 metres from Rochor MRT station.The church, previously known as the Malay Mission Chapel, was founded by Rev. Benjamin Peach Keasberry in 1843. The chapel was replaced with the present Romanesque-style building in 1930. It was gazetted a national monument by Singapore's National Heritage Board on 12 January 2000.

The Ellison Building is a historical building at the corner of Selegie Road and Bukit Timah Road in Singapore. It was erected in 1924 by Isaac Ellison, a prominent member of the Jewish community of Singapore. In August 2016, the Urban Redevelopment Authority and the Land Transport Authority announced that part of the building would be demolished and reconstructed to make way for the construction of the North-South Corridor.

Madrasah Aljunied Al-Islamiah is a full-time, private Islamic institution of learning in Singapore, one of the six such madrasahs in Singapore. Rex Cinemas Mackenzie, formerly Rex Cinemas and Rex Theatre, is an Art Deco style cinema building in Singapore. the cinema was adjacent to Ellison building along Mackenzie Road. The cinema was bounded by major road, Bukit Timah Road and secondary roads Mackenzie and Selegie Road.
