Gunma University of Health and Welfare

Ikuei Junior College (育英短期大学, Ikuei tanki daigaku) is a private junior college in Takasaki, Gunma, Japan, established in 1977, and located in Takasaki since 1987. Originally a women's college, it became co-educational from 2010.

The Hidaka ruins (日高遺跡, Hidaka iseki) is an archaeological site containing the ruins of a Yayoi period settlement located in what is now the Hidaka neighborhood of the city of Takasaki, Gunma Prefecture in the northern Kantō region of Japan. The site was designated a National Historic Site of Japan in 1989, with the area designated expanded in 1998 and again in 2000.

Maebashi Institute of Technology (前橋工科大学, Maebashi kōka daigaku) is a public university in Maebashi, Gunma, Japan. The predecessor of the school was founded in 1952 and was chartered as a university in 1997.

Kōzuke Kokubun-ji (上野国分寺跡) was a Japanese Buddhist temple located on the border of what is now the cities of Maebashi and Takasaki Gunma Prefecture, Japan. It was one of the provincial temples established by Emperor Shōmu during the Nara period (710 – 794) for the purpose of promoting Buddhism as the national religion of Japan and standardising control of the Yamato rule to the provinces. The temple no longer exists, but the temple grounds were designated as a National Historic Site by the Japanese government in 1926. The ruins of the provincial nunnery, the Kōzuke Kokubun-niji (上野国分寺尼跡) is adjacent to they site but is not part of the National Historic Site designation.

Shibukawa (渋川市, Shibukawa-shi) is a city in Gunma Prefecture, Japan. As of 31 August 2020, the city had an estimated population of 76,098 in 32,439 households, and a population density of 320 inhabitants per square kilometre (830/sq mi). The total area of the city is 240.27 square kilometres (92.77 sq mi). Shibukawa is the location of Ikaho Onsen, a popular hot spring resort.

Seta (勢多郡, Seta-gun) was a district located in northeastern Gunma Prefecture (Kozuke Province), Japan. Before the day before the dissolution on May 4, 2009, the district contained one village. Fujimi (富士見村)Before Meiji, the district covered the entire foothills of Mount Akagi.

Maebashi (前橋市, Maebashi-shi) is the capital city of Gunma Prefecture, in the northern Kantō region of Japan. As of 31 August 2020, the city had an estimated population of 335,352 in 151,171 households, and a population density of 1100 persons per km2. The total area of the city is 311.59 km2 (120.31 sq mi). It was the most populous city within Gunma Prefecture until Takasaki merged with nearby towns between 2006 and 2009. Maebashi is known to be the "City of Water, Greenery and Poets" because of its pure waters, its rich nature and because it gave birth to several Japanese contemporary poets, such as Sakutarō Hagiwara.
