New Britain Stadium

Beehive Field is a stadium in New Britain, Connecticut. The ballpark has a capacity of 4,700. It is primarily used for baseball and was the home of the New Britain Red Sox (Boston Red Sox AA affiliate) from the time of their move to the city in 1983 until moving next door to New Britain Stadium for the 1995 season. The Eastern League All-Star Game was played before 3,106 fans on June 29, 1987, with league-MVP Mark Grace and game-MVP Dwight Smith representing the Pittsfield Cubs. The Hartford Hawks baseball program used the venue for some home games prior to opening Fiondella Field in 2006.As of 2000, Beehive Field was used primarily by New Britain High School baseball and softball teams.

Veterans Stadium (full name Veterans Memorial Stadium) is a multi-purpose stadium in New Britain, Connecticut. Opened in 1982, it is dedicated to the soldiers of the city who died in various U.S. wars, particularly Vietnam. The stadium now Houses CT United FC of the American Soccer League. The stadium is used mostly by New Britain High School, and some other area schools, for football and soccer games. It also hosts the Connecticut Crushers of the National Women's Football Association. The stadium was also home to the Connecticut Wolves team of the United Soccer Leagues before that team folded in 2002. The stadium is an 8-lane oval track around a regulation-size football field. The track was dedicated to coach Irving S. Black in April 1992. Seating is all in metal bleachers, with 7 sections of 27 rows each on either side of the field. The estimated capacity is 12,448. In the summer of 2012, the middle seating on both sides was changed to better match the colors of New Britain High School, which are maroon and gold. The stadium is owned by the City of New Britain, and is part of Willow Brook Park. Also located in the complex are two baseball fields, New Britain Stadium and Beehive Field.

The Erwin Home, originally the Erwin Home for Worthy and Indigent Women, is a charitable organization providing housing for women of limited means in New Britain, Connecticut. Managed by the South Church of New Britain, it operates a number of apartment houses between Bassett Street and Cornelius Way. It was founded in 1885 with a bequest from local businessman and philanthropist Cornelius Erwin. Its original main building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places for its distinctive Queen Anne architecture.

The New Britain Public High School Campus is a historic suite of former school buildings at 50 Bassett Street and 161 South Main Street in New Britain, Connecticut. The campus's oldest building, opened in 1896, was one of the first public high schools in Connecticut, and is a good example of Renaissance Revival architecture. The campus was repeated enlarged during the 20th century with the addition of trade and vocational components, and served the city as a high school until the 1970s, when it was converted to housing.The campus was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2015.

Downtown New Britain is the historic commercial and civic heart of the city of New Britain, Connecticut. It is located in the southern part of the city, anchored by the triangular Central Park and City Hall on the north, and by Franklin Park on the south. The city was one of Connecticut's industrial powerhouses of the 19th and early 20th centuries, which is reflected in the abundance, style, and quality of the architecture found in the downtown. The area was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2016.

The Henry Hooker House is a historic house at 111 High Road in the Kensington section of Berlin, Connecticut. Built about 1769 by Elijah Hooker and subsequently altered, it exhibits the progressive adaptation of early houses by later generations. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.

The First Lutheran Church of the Reformation is a historic church at 77 Franklin Square in New Britain, Connecticut. The congregation was founded in 1885 and the current church building was constructed 1903-07. The building, a fine local example of Late Gothic Revival architecture, was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2010.

The Jean E. Hooker School-Berlin High School, most recently the Kensington Grammar School, was a historic school complex at 462 Alling Street in Berlin, Connecticut. Built in 1910, the building served as both the town's first high school, and as a private school before being converted to an elementary school and finally closing in 1975. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2012; it was demolished in 2014.

Berlin station is a train station located in the Kensington neighborhood of Berlin, Connecticut. It is on the New Haven–Springfield Line and is served by Amtrak's Northeast Regional, Hartford Line, and Valley Flyer, in addition to the Hartford Line commuter rail. Two high-level platforms, each six cars long connected by an overhead pedestrian bridge opened at the Hartford Line service launch on June 16, 2018. On December 21, 2016, the historic 1900-built station building was destroyed by a fire.

The Francis H. Holmes House is a historic house at 349 Rocky Hill Ave. in New Britain, Connecticut. Built in 1906–08, it is an architecturally eclectic brick building, designed by a prominent local architect for the owner of a local brickmaking business, as a showcase for the latter's wares. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.
