Yad Binyamin

Yeshivat Torat HaChaim is an educational yeshiva network founded by Rabbi Shmuel Tal in 1996, originally situated in the Gush Katif (Gaza Strip) settlement of Neve Dekalim. After the 2005 disengagement from Gaza, Torat HaChaim was re-established in the religious settlement, Yad Binyamin, between Jerusalem and Ashdod. Rav Tal believes in inclusiveness in the student body, with students representing most types of orthodoxy, Haredi and Religious Zionist, and stresses the need to become more involved in every aspect of Israeli society. He encourages his students to serve in the Nahal Haredi or to do standard National Service. Nahal Sorek Regional Council (Hebrew: מועצה אזורית נחל שורק, Mo'atza Azorit Nahal Sorek) is a regional council in the Central District of Israel. The seat of the council is Yad Binyamin. The council is named for the Sorek stream.

Beit Hilkia (Hebrew: בֵּית חִלְקִיָּה, lit. House of Hilkia) is a Haredi moshav in central Israel. Located in the Shephelah near Gedera, it falls under the jurisdiction of Nahal Sorek Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 1,446.

Al-Mukhayzin was a Palestinian Arab village in the Ramle Subdistrict. It was depopulated during the 1947–48 Civil War in Mandatory Palestine on April 20, 1948, by the Givati Brigade of Operation Har'el. It was located 10 km southwest of Ramla.

Hafetz Haim (Hebrew: חָפֵץ חַיִּים, lit. desirous of life) is a religious kibbutz in central Israel. Located in the Shephelah, it falls under the jurisdiction of Nahal Sorek Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 586.

Revadim (Hebrew: רְבָדִים, lit. "terraces") is a kibbutz in southern Israel. Located in the southern Shephelah (Judean foothills) region, it falls under the jurisdiction of Yoav Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 825.

Kidron (Hebrew: קִדְרוֹן) is a moshav in central Israel. Located in the Shephelah just east of Gedera, and near the Tel Nof Airbase, it falls under the jurisdiction of Brenner Regional Council. In 2019 it had a population of 1,607.

Shahma (Arabic: شحمة) was a Palestinian Arab village located 15 kilometers (9.3 mi) southwest of Ramla. Depopulated on the eve of the 1948 Arab-Israeli war, the village lands today form part of a fenced-in area used by the Israeli Air Force.

Highway 3 is a highway in Israel. It begins at Highway 4 on the outskirts of Ashkelon, running east-northeast, passing through Kiryat Malakhi and Latrun, and ending just short of Modi'in.

Ganei Tal (Hebrew: גני טל, lit. Gardens of Dew) is a moshav in central Israel. Located to the south of Gedera, it falls under the jurisdiction of Nahal Sorek Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 909.

Al-Khayma (Arabic: الخيمة) was a Palestinian Arab village in the Ramle Subdistrict of Mandatory Palestine. It was depopulated during the 1948 Arab–Israeli War on July 9, 1948, by the Givati Brigade of Operation An-Far. It was located 18.5 km south of Ramla.

Bnei Re'em (Hebrew: בְּנֵי רְאֵ"ם, lit. Sons of Re'em) is a religious moshav in central Israel. Located in the Shephelah, it falls under the jurisdiction of Nahal Sorek Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 1,416.
