The Lawn Tennis Turnier Club Rot-Weiß (abbr.: LTTC, red-white) is a tennis club located in Grunewald, part of a district in Berlin, Germany. The club was founded in 1897 as Lawn Tennis Turnier Club, and was the origin for careers of many German tennis players in the 20th century like Cilly Aussem, Otto Froitzheim, Henner Henkel, Hans Moldenhauer, Hans-Jürgen Pohmann, Roman Najuch und Daniel Prenn. The central court has been the venue of the German Pro Championships since 1911 and later the German Open WTA Tour tournament from 1979 until 2008. The club has 16 clay courts. During winter season there are eight indoor courts available. A larger 7,000-seat stadium court was built in 1996 to replace the old one with 3,500. This stadium was named Steffi Graf Stadion in September 2004. Steffi Graf was member of the club since 1984. Also Boris Becker represented the club 1985-1987. The club is located at the Gottfried von Cramm Street, named after the German tennis legend and the man primarily responsible for reviving the Rot-Weiß club after World War II, Baron Gottfried von Cramm.

The Jagdschloss Grunewald, a hunting lodge, is the oldest preserved castle of Berlin, Germany. It is on the south waterfront of the Grunewaldsee and is part of the locality Dahlem in the borough Steglitz-Zehlendorf. The Jagdschloss was built in 1542/1543. Its owner was Joachim II Hector the prince-elector of the Margraviate of Brandenburg. The building was created in the Renaissance style and got the name Zum grünen Wald, "to the green forest", and gave the whole Grunewald its name. Around 1800 the château got the name Grunewald too. During reconstructions between 1705 and 1708 by Frederick I, the first king of Prussia, it got its Baroque design by master builder Martin Grünberg. The Jagdschloss has been administered by the Prussian Palaces and Gardens Foundation Berlin-Brandenburg since 1932 and is used as a museum. It contains paintings by Lucas Cranach the Elder, his son Lucas Cranach the Younger, and from the Netherlands and Germany from 15th to 19th century. The Jagdschloss has the sole hall in Berlin from the time of the Renaissance. Since 1977 a hunting kit collection has been established in a nearby building.

Teufelsberg (German: [ˈtɔʏfl̩sbɛʁk] (listen); German for Devil's Mountain) is a non-natural hill in Berlin, Germany, in the Grunewald locality of former West Berlin. It rises about 80 metres (260 ft) above the surrounding Teltow plateau and 120.1 metres (394 ft) above the sea level, in the north of Berlin's Grunewald Forest. It was named after the Teufelssee (Devil's Lake) in its southerly vicinity. The hill is made of debris and rubble, and covers an unfinished Nazi military-technical college (Wehrtechnische Fakultät). During the Cold War, there was a U.S. listening station on the hill, Field Station Berlin. The site of the former field station is now fenced off and is currently being managed by an organisation which charges 5 to 10 euros for public access.

Nude bathing is permitted at the lake as in many parts of Germany.

The Mommsenstadion is a multi-purpose stadium in the locality of Westend in Berlin, Germany, named after the historian Theodor Mommsen. It is currently used mostly for football and hosts the home matches of Tennis Borussia Berlin and SCC Berlin. The stadium has a capacity of 15,005 people (13,200 standing), although the DFB have set an upper limit of 11,500 supporters for football games.The stadium opened on 17 August 1930 and replaced the former ground of SCC Berlin that fell prey to the extension of the neighbouring Messe Berlin fairgrounds. It soon adopted its name from a nearby gymnasium. The Mommsenstadion was the site of some football matches during the 1936 Summer Olympics and several ISTAF athletics meetings of the IAAF Golden League. Since 1945 it has also been the home ground of Tennis Borussia Berlin. During the 2006 FIFA World Cup, the Germany national football team used the Mommsenstadion as their training ground.
