Miami International Boat Show

The Venetian Marina & Yacht Club is a full-service marina located in Downtown Miami's Arts & Entertainment District, Florida, United States. It is located north of the Venetian Causeway on Biscayne Bay. Until 2014 it was one of three venues that previously hosted the Miami International Boat Show.

The Episcopal Diocese of South Florida was a diocese of the Episcopal Church in the United States of America, which was created in 1922 out of what had been the Missionary Jurisdiction of Southern Florida, sometimes called the Missionary District of Southern Florida. which had been split off in 1892 from the Episcopal Diocese of Florida. Its northern line was the southern boundaries of the counties of Levy. Alachua, Putnam and St. Johns. and covered the southern two-thirds of the Florida peninsula. Its see city was Orlando, Florida. In 1969, it was divided into three new dioceses as follows: the Episcopal Diocese of Central Florida with its see at Orlando, the Episcopal Diocese of Southeast Florida with its see at Miami and the Episcopal Diocese of Southwest Florida, with its see at St. Petersburg.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Grand Hotel Biscayne Bay, also referred as The Grand or The Grand DoubleTree, is a high-rise on the north side of Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. It lies within the Arts & Entertainment District. It was completed in 1986 and designed by the Atlanta architectural firm of Toombs, Amisano and Wells. It is a condominium and hotel. Floors 3–9 are hotel rooms. Floors 10–42 contain over 830 condominium units. The hotel portion contains 152 rooms, and was renovated in 2004. The building is very large, with almost 3.5 million square feet (325,161 m2) of floor space, though this likely includes a large parking garage across the street that is shared with the Omni complex. It is a full-service building, meaning it contains offices, a grocery store, convenience store, deli, clothing stores, gift shops, jewelry stores, pet store, pharmacy, bank, car rental office, doctor, dentist, beauty salon, barbershop, liquor store, dry cleaner, four restaurants, full-time concierge, valet, day spa, fitness center, pool, hot tubs, banquet halls and a full-service marina. It is located one block north of the Adrienne Arsht Metromover station, and two blocks northeast of Miami's performing arts center. It is directly east of, and connected by skywalk to the Omni International Mall. Its backyard is the Sea Isle Marina, home to the Miami International Boat Show.The condominium floors of the building have two large atriums on the east and west side.

The Miami Women's Club is a historic site in Miami, Florida. It is located at 1737 North Bayshore Drive. On December 27, 1974, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. The organization has faced problems in restoring its historic headquarters. Later in the 2010s and in 2023, plans turned to making it a themed restaurant owing to the historical ambiance.

The Episcopal Church in Southeast Florida is a diocese of the Episcopal Church in the United States of America (ECUSA) which extends from Key West, Florida on the south, to Jensen Beach on the north and inland to Clewiston on the west. Major cities in the diocese are Miami, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. The diocese takes in all of Miami-Dade County, Broward County, Palm Beach County, and Martin County, along with the Florida Keys portion of Monroe County and the eastern part of Hendry County. The diocese is a part of Province IV of the Episcopal Church. The current diocesan bishop of Southeast Florida is Peter Eaton. The cathedral church of the diocese is Trinity Episcopal Cathedral, Miami. The diocese currently comprises 83 churches. The philanthropic outreach arm of the Episcopal Church in Southeast Florida is Episcopal Charities of Southeast Florida.

Trinity Episcopal Cathedral in Miami, Florida is the cathedral church of the Episcopal Diocese of Southeast Florida. It is located at North Bayshore Drive a short distance north of the Venetian Causeway, near the Carnival Center in Miami (464 NE 16th Street, 33132). On October 10, 1980, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.

The Opera Tower is a residential skyscraper in Miami, Florida, United States. It was developed by Tibor Hollo's Florida East Coast Realty, and was completed in late 2007. The Opera Tower received its temporary certificate of occupancy on December 26, 2007. The 55-story tower is located at 1750 North Bayshore Drive in Miami's Arts & Entertainment District, just north of Downtown Miami. The building contains 635 uniquely designed luxury condominiums. It is also home to the Japanese-inspired sushi restaurant, NoVe Kitchen and Bar (now closed).

Aria on the Bay is a high-rise condominium in the Arts & Entertainment District/Edgewater neighborhood at 1770 North Bayshore Drive, Miami, Florida, U.S.A. Overlooking Margaret Pace Park and Biscayne Bay in Miami's Arts & Entertainment District. It was approved at a height of 535 feet (163 m) in 2015 after an initial notice of presumed hazard by the FAA, who recommended a height of 460 feet. The 52-story building has over 648 units ranging from 813 to 2365 sq ft as well as commercial space. Aria on the Bay was developed by Melo Group and designed by Arquitectonica who handled the architecture, interior design and landscape.

Omni International Mall was a shopping mall that opened in February 1977 in the northern environs of Downtown Miami's Arts & Entertainment District (then Omni) in Dade County, Florida, United States. The mall was built in 1977, attached to an existing Jordan Marsh store, with J.C. Penney as the other anchor. It was a mixed-use complex, combining a traditional retail mall with offices and hotel space. Burdines later took over the Jordan Marsh building, closing it in 1992. J.C. Penney closed in 1998. After several years of decreasing sales, the mall closed in 2000, but the adjacent hotel remained open. Part of the mall portion has since been converted to use for Miami International University School of Art & Design. Crystal Cruises took up residence before its bankruptcy. A demolition permit was applied for the old JCPenney section.

Margaret Pace Park is an 8-acre (3.2 ha) urban park located in the Arts & Entertainment District and Edgewater district of Greater Downtown Miami, Florida, U.S.A. The park is located on Biscayne Bay and has tennis courts as well as personal fitness equipment. It was created in the late 1960s and named in honor of Margaret Pace, who was a founder and past president of the Miami Garden Club. Pace was also chairwoman of Royal Palm State Park, which later became part of Everglades National Park, according to the Biscayne Times. A former vice president the Miami Women’s Club, which is located next door, Pace fought development of the adjoining bayfront green space, which became the park and was named in her honor, according to the Miami Herald. Directly across North Bayshore Drive, three large condominium complexes that were built in the 2000s housing an economic bubble overlook the park. The park underwent a $4 million renovation during this time. An even larger building is under construction adjacent the park As of 2015. The historic Miami Women's Club building is located directly to the south of the park.

Adrienne Arsht Center station, formerly Omni station, is a Metromover station in the Arts & Entertainment District neighborhood of Downtown, Miami, Florida, United States. The station is adjacent to the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, just west of The Miami Herald building and the Venetian Causeway, and directly south of the MacArthur Causeway. This station is located near the intersection of Northeast 15th Avenue and Biscayne Boulevard (U.S. 1). It opened to service May 26, 1994, as Omni station.

1800 Club is a residential skyscraper in the Edgewater neighborhood of Miami, Florida, United States. It was completed in 2007. The building is located east of Biscayne Boulevard and fronts Margaret Pace Park and Biscayne Bay. The building is 423 feet (129 m) tall, and contains 40 floors. Floors 1-5 are occupied by retail, while floors 6-40 are residential condominiums and apartments. The building is located at the corner of North Bayshore Drive and Northeast 18th Street. It was awarded the SARA Design Award in 2002 for its exterior architectural appeal.
