The Jenckes House is a historic house at 81 Jenckes Hill Road in Lincoln, Rhode Island. It is a 1+1⁄2-story wood-frame structure, five bays wide, with a central chimney. A 20th-century screened porch extends to the right side of the house, and a modern kitchen ell extends to the rear. The house is an 18th-century construction by a member of the locally prominent Jenckes family.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

The Otis Angell Gristmill is a historic mill in Governor John Notte Memorial Park, North Providence, Rhode Island. Built about 1855, it is a well-preserved example of a small 19th-century industrial site, with a stone mill building and a small mill pond. The site was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2017. The mill building now serves as a local community center.

Louisquisset (known previously as Louisquissuck and Loquassuck and Loquasquocit) is a village in Lincoln, Rhode Island, and North Providence, Rhode Island. The area was first settled in the 1660s when the colonial Providence government granted land to John Whipple and other settlers to acquire land title from the Native Americans in the area. In 1682 Old Louisquisset Pike was laid out to serve the main road through the area connecting Providence to Limerock and the old road continues to serve travellers as modern day Rhode Island Route 146 and Rhode Island Route 246. Louisquisset Country Club and other businesses in the area continue to use the Louisquisset name. Many historic buildings are preserved in the region, including: the seventeenth century Jenckes House on Old Louisquisset Pike.

The Angell–Ballou House is an historic house at 49 Ridge Road in Smithfield, Rhode Island, United States. The 2+1⁄2-story wood-frame structure was built c. 1800 for Jonathan Angell, a farmer and wheelwright. It is a well-preserved example of Federal style, with some high-quality woodwork and design elements more typical of Federal-style houses in sophisticated urban settings, but also showing some vernacular departures from the style. The house was sold in 1854 to Peter Ballou, in whose family it remained well into the 20th century.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.

Lime Rock (Limerock) is a village and historic district in Lincoln, Providence County, Rhode Island, United States, near Rhode Island Route 146. The village was named after the limestone quarries in the area, which started in the 17th century, and continue to the present where Conklin Limestone Company now operates. Because of the abundance of limestone in the area many houses had massive end chimneys and were called "stone enders," a distinctly Rhode Island style of architecture. The historic district includes 21 historically significant properties in an area extending from Wilbur Road (formerly Jeremiah Smith Hill Road), just west of its junction with Old Louisquisset Pike, eastward to Great Road, and then along Great Road as far as Simon Sayles Road. Among these properties are three quarries, and the ruins of three old lime kilns. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.

Esmond is a historic mill village in Smithfield, Providence County, Rhode Island, United States. Old County Road School, East Smithfield Public Library, and the historic Allenville Mill are located in the village. Located in Esmond is the former Esmond Mill, which operated from 1906 to 1948. After its closure, the Esmond Mill became the corporate headquarters for Benny's. Esmond has its own postal code: 02917-2808.

The Daniel Angell House is a historic house at 15 Dean Avenue in Johnston, Rhode Island, United States. The oldest portion of this 1+1⁄2-story wood-frame structure was built c. 1725, although it was long attributed to Daniel Angell (1744-1810). The house has an irregular front facade, seven bays wide, with two doors occupying the third and fifth bays. The western part, likely the oldest portion of the house, has a large chimney centered on five bays. The relatively unusual construction practices used in the house's construction, as well its remarkable state of preservation, make it a valuable resource in the study of Rhode Island colonial architecture.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975.

North Providence High School (often abbreviated NPH or NPHS) is a public high school in North Providence, Rhode Island, United States that serves grades 9-12. It is part of the North Providence School District and its sports teams compete in the Rhode Island Interscholastic League. North Providence, whose school colors are blue and gold, is home to the Cougars. The high school graduated its first class in 1940. In 1992, part of the school burned down while school was still in session. Trailers were placed in the parking lot and used as classrooms while a new wing was built. The school grounds include a football and baseball field. Within the building there are three gymnasiums, a fitness and training room, and a wood shop. The school was formerly equipped with tunnel access to the town’s Natatorium Complex at the Salvatore Mancini . North Providence High employs 116 faculty and staff for the student body of approximately 1,300 students. North Providence High School holds the distinction of having the highest graduation rate in the state of Rhode Island with 98% of seniors graduating in 2016.

The Elliot–Harris–Miner House is an historic house located at 1406 Old Louisquisset Pike in Lincoln, Rhode Island. It is a rambling three-section structure, whose main block is 2+1⁄2 stories tall with a cross-gable roof with bracketed eaves. The oldest portion of the house, however, was at its rear: it was originally a 1+1⁄2-story Cape style structure built c. 1710, but this has been torn down and replaced by a garage with a cross-gable roof matching that of the main block. These two sections are joined by a third section with a gable roof. The rear section was believed to be the oldest surviving Cape in Lincoln.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on August 30, 1984.

Lincoln Woods State Park is a public recreation area covering 627 acres (254 ha) around Olney Pond four miles (6.4 km) northwest of Pawtucket in the town of Lincoln, Rhode Island. The state park is known for its giant glacial boulders and the stony nature of its terrain which prevented most of the parkland from being used as farmland or for other development.
