Griesheim (German pronunciation: [ˈɡʁiːsˌhaɪ̯m] ) is a town in the Darmstadt-Dieburg district in Hesse, Germany. It's situated west of Darmstadt. The Dagger Complex, which emerged as the most important NSA headquarter in Europe in the wake of the Global surveillance disclosures, brought Griesheim to public attention in 2013.
