Union Bank Plaza

Aquarius is a 1969–1970 sculpture by Jerome Kirk, installed in Los Angeles's Bunker Hill neighborhood, in the U.S. state of California. The abstract, kinetic, stainless steel artwork is installed outside Union Bank Plaza. The Los Angeles Conservancy has described the work as a "fin-like metal mobile sculpture".

The Westin Bonaventure Hotel and Suites is a 367-foot (112 m), 33-story hotel in Los Angeles, California, constructed between 1974 and 1976. Designed by architect John C. Portman Jr., it is the largest hotel in the city. The top floor has a revolving restaurant and bar. It was originally owned by investors that included a subsidiary of Japanese conglomerate Mitsubishi Corporation and John Portman & Associates. The building is managed by Interstate Hotels & Resorts (IHR), and is valued at US$200 million.

The ARCO Center for Visual Art was a not-for-profit gallery, funded by the Atlantic Richfield Company in Los Angeles California. It opened in 1976 and closed in 1984. The gallery focused on contemporary art. It was located at the Atlantic Richfield Plaza, 505 South Flower Street. Selected exhibitors were Carlos Almaraz, Herbert Bayer, Peter Alexander, Larry Bell, Donald Cole, William Crutchfield, Walter Gabrielson, Joe Goode, George Herms, Craig Kauffman, Liga Pang, Don Potts, Joseph Raffael, Stuart Rapeport, Frank Romero, Edward Ruscha, Hassel Smith, Michael Todd.

Double Ascension is an abstract 14-1/2' high x 33' long public sculpture. The individual steps measure: 2'11" x 11' x 9". The sculpture is fabricated in painted steel public art sculpture by Herbert Bayer mounted within a 60-foot diameter pool. It is located at City National Plaza at 515 South Flower Street, Bunker Hill, Los Angeles, California, United States.

Richfield Tower, also known as the Richfield Oil Company Building, was constructed between 1928 and 1929 and served as the headquarters of Richfield Oil in Los Angeles, California.

City National Plaza is a twin tower skyscraper complex on South Flower Street in western Downtown Los Angeles, California, United States. It was originally named ARCO Plaza upon opening in 1972.

Area codes 213 and 323 are telephone area codes in the North American Numbering Plan (NANP) for the U.S. state of California. They are assigned in an overlay complex to a numbering plan area (NPA) that comprises, roughly, the area of downtown Los Angeles City, as well as several southeast Los Angeles County cities, such as Bell and Huntington Park. Area code 213 was one of the original North American area codes of 1947 and 323 was created in an area code split of 213 in 1998. This was the fifth split of 213 and left it serving only downtown Los Angeles and immediately adjoining neighborhoods. In 2017, the two NPAs were recombined in the overlay. Area code 738 was selected as an additional overlay area code for activation starting in November 2024.
